Very happy with the job they did!

Brad and Doug arrived promptly at the appointed time. They did a quick tour of the carpets, asked for input on any tough stains and went right to work. They vacuumed very thoroughly first. They do like to move every piece of furniture they possibly can, and they get into every nook and cranny possible. I have antique mahogany furniture that is very heavy and they even got behind the chest and the dresser with the vacuum! After vacuuming they got after the carpets with the cleaning machine. My carpets have never looked so good! One note: they do like to clean every inch of carpet possible so make sure that all dressers, chests, tables, etc., are cleared on top; they may be able to move a piece that you think they wouldn't want to move. And if there is a piece you definitely do not want moved let them know before they start (they got every inch of my LR! Surprised me)! Really nice guys, very accommodating to my children, patient with all their questions!

AMAZING! They are by far the best cleaners we've ever had. SO professional, pleasant, courteous, thorough, and fair priced. I was absolutely delighted by their service and personalities.

I called on Monday to try and have my carpet cleaned before Thanksgiving and they were so accommodating and were able to fit me in on Wednesday before the holiday. They showed up on time and completed the work very quickly. They were very personable and I felt completely comfortable leaving them alone in my house. The carpet looked great after they finished and they were able to take care of some really difficult stains.

They did a very good job. They were punctual, courteous, friendly and very pleasant attitudes. They even acknowledged our dog, who loved the attention.

There is not much more to say that I didn't put in the work performed synopsis. I had no trouble making contact with the Parker Bros. I've been busy moving and am just writing this review 2-3 months later. I chose their company not only for price, but because in speaking to (I'm not sure of the brother's name any more) them over the phone they struck me as being intelligent, hard working people who could get the job done right. They also worked me in at a very busy time of year (just before Christmas) so that I was able the get my home on the market as timely as possible. We've had our carpets and three staircases cleaned by several different companies over the 13 years that we lived in this house, and the Parker Bros got them, by far, cleaner than anyone else. The $650 included $50 of tax.

I explained my situation; my son had written on my sisters new couch, and after a few sympathetic chuckles, Brad Parker told me he would try to help me take care of it myself. Mr. Parker and his brother were incredible and helped me solve the problem myself, although they also offered to come take a look for a service charge if I preferred. However, they seemed determined to help me fix it on my own, which I really appreciate. To my immense relief the stains went away and Brad saved the day. Next time my carpets need cleaning I'm calling these guys. Hopefully I won't need any more upholstery jobs!

Terrific -- My dog and cat had slept for a while on the couch and the overstuffed chairs, and their oils/dirt had stained the upholstery. I was afraid they couldn't be cleaned. But they guys did a great job! Also, two of my rugs were looking pretty pitiful (I thought I might have to replace them) -- they looked great as well. Carpet was really clean, too. They arrived EXACTLY on time ... did an incredibly thorough job vacuuming. They really put a lot of time on my "problem areas." It showed!

Two of the four brothers showed up exactly on time. They were very friendly and personable. Did a tour of the home, focusing on areas I was especially concerned about. Gave me the estimate and the time it would take to complete the work. They moved all furniture necessary, vacuumed, and shop vacuumed the baseboards and window sills. Cleaned the carpet and moved the heavier pieces of furniture back into place. (We chose to move the rest later so the carpet could dry thoroughly). They did not try to sell me any additional products or services, gave me tips on future upkeep, spot removal, etc. Actual price exactly as quoted and the time it took them to complete the job was exactly as they had stated. The carpet looked better than when we moved in!!! OVERALL, I WAS EXTREMELY PLEASED AND WILL CALL ONLY PARKER BROS. FOR ANY FUTURE NEEDS!!!

It was great. They arrived right on time, worked straight for about 1 1/2 - 2 hrs. My carpets have never looked better. They even cleaned the hard-to-get areas along the baseboards that my vacuum never seems capable of cleaning. Even better, they actually seemed to enjoy, my large, slobbering, ill-mannered dogs!!

Both brothers were prompt, friendly, and knew what they were doing. They gave me an estimate, and got right to work. When the work was completed, cost was exactly as they had quoted and my furniture looked as beautiful as when I bought it! I would HIGHLY recommend!!

Excellent. They showed up on schedule, loved my dogs and cleaned my sofa to perfection. It tends to get grimy over time from dogs and kids.

Fantastic! From the first phone call to the finished service, I can say I am 100% satisfied. Doug and Brad are two of the nicest people you'd ever meet. They arrived at the exact time they promised, they took a quick run through the house, then got right to work. Within minutes I could tell my carpet would look like new again. I completely trusted them, enough to leave the keys to my home and trust them to lock up. I have already passed along their names to coworkers. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Very well! They originally said no to cleaning on a Sunday, but since I had no other available dates so close to Thanksgiving, they made an exception. And my house is not listed in their cleaning area (Watauga) but they agreed to make the trip, without any extra charges. There were no hidden costs, the quote exactly matched what I paid when they finished the cleaning. And the carpets looked great for our big Thanksgiving holiday - the family couldn't even tell we owned 2 dogs.

When they arrived, showed them my furniture and then asked them about my dirty recliner too. So, they added an additional $35 to the price and that thing was soooooo dirty! Doug started with the recliner. I had spoken with Doug on the phone, but Brad is the real sales guy. What a charmer. Both men are the nicest guys you could ever invite into your home. Oh yes... Brad, you didn't think I would say this, but I will... Brad says to tell everyone, he is the nicer looking one. Actually, these are two of the nicest, most polite men you could hope to meet and they did a fantastic job on my furniture. Now, I need to get them back and tell me about the futon mattress that I kinda left outside so it's a bit musty. Brad says he has the best non-allergenic cleaning stuff you could possibly find. They cleaned, sanitized, and my furniture still smells so good. Brad says that if you get one team of the 4 brothers, then the same 2-man team will be always be the ones to come out.

There were some stains in the carpet that I was worried about, but Parker Brothers did a wonderful job getting all the stains out. I can't even tell the stains were there! Also they were all very friendly and professional. I will definitely use them again in the future and highly recommend them!

The Brothers were very responsive to our voice mail, came out on the day that we requested, giving us a specific time that they would be there. They worked for several hours on very dirty carpets with stained areas, and the end result was exactly what we expected. We would definitely hire them again.

I could tell Doug was smiling when he answered the phone. Two of the four Parker Brothers arrived (Doug and Brian, I think) a few minutes early. One took the shop vac to the baseboards, the other took the upright to the carpet. They treated all the spots, used extra enzymes to remove my old treatment efforts (those recurring spots), and spent a lot of time on the carpet. I had not planned to have them clean the chairs, but they agreed to do so when I asked them that day. I agreed with them when they suggested not moving the furniture back on the carpet to give it extra time to dry, but they would have placed papers under the legs if I'd asked them to. They gave me several tips before leaving. Great guys.

I got the spring cleaning special, he did an excellent job. Treated for spots, scotchgard the entire carpet. He did come out the same day. I was very happy with the quality of work. He went the extra mile for me. Plus he gave me a very good spot cleaning tip.

I was happy with Parker's and their people were great. They did a professional job and were very courteous. I highly recommend them to anyone needing carpet care.

We needed a specific cleaning for a suede sectional sofa and also requested a general cleaning of two carpets. The workers were able to come on the day I requested and showed up on time. They cleaned additional carpet areas that were close by for no additional charge! They also moved furniture to ensure the entire areas were clean. The carpets looked great and the sofa was very close to looking new again. Over the phone I did not specify that the sofa was a sectional, which is more expensive to clean. When they arrived to find that out, I still was not charged full price! Very courteous and very thorough job.

They were awesome! Vacuumed after cleaning everything up, put everything back in its original place. I would highly recommend them! I have fringe on my oriental and they took a tiny rake and combed that all out too, that was over the top!

Brad and his brother do all the work and are extremely professional and thorough. They removed carpet stains that I thought would never come out. They did a fantastic job on the upholstery cleaning, doing it all by hand. They were referred by my realtor as one of her sources, and I was extremely pleased.
