Parker Brothers Carpet Cleaning

This company is very professional and fun. I called to set up a carpet cleaning and spoke to Douglas Parker. He was very nice and polite. I told him what I was looking for and he gave me a quote over the phone, which I thought was reasonable. I had used another company in the past and the Parker Brothers company cost less and we got a lot more for the money spent. We set up for a Monday at 3:30 pm. They called to tell me that they would be 1/2 an hour late due to an unexpected upholstery cleaning at the last job they were on. They showed up and did the cleaning in a little over an hour. They explained everything in detail as to what cleaning agents were being used and how and what to use and not to use to clean up future stains when they happened. We have two cats and a brand new baby so new stains are inevitable. They were able to get almost all the stains out and the few stains they couldn't they explained why they weren't able to. We had our bathroom carpets replaced with tile and some mastic was tracked onto our carpet in the hallway which had stained the carpet. The carpets looked great-almost brand new-when they were finished. Our carpets are over 10 years old. Parker Brothers is a great family company with wonderful customer service. I would highly recommend them to friends and will definitely use them again in the future.

They were great. They were very trustworthy. We weren't able to be home, so we left them with a key and they brought it back to us. They also saw that one of the carpets in the room needed to be stretched, so they set up having another company come do that for us. They went above and beyond what they originally planned to do. They provided great customer service and I would definitely use them again.

When I called late in the afternoon for an estimate, one of the Parker brothers immediately answered the phone. They arrived on time for our Saturday appointment and worked efficiently to clean our carpets and to remove the various stains that were there. After they were done, our carpets almost looked like new!

I hired Parker Brothers Carpet Cleaning after reading good reviews on Angie's List. I called to make an appointment and received a call back within hours. I needed a weekend appointment due to my work schedule and they were able to fit me in the very next weekend! Once they arrived we did a quick walk through to get an estimate and agreed on a good price. The quality of service was great and my off white carpets look brand new again (and I have two dogs!) The brothers (they really are brothers!) did a fantastic job and were in and out in just over an hour. I would highly recommend them and will use them again!

I found Parker Brothers on Angie's List. I placed a telephone call to the company and received an immediate response. I gave the company all the requested information and received a price of $150.00 plus tax for all rooms. I placed the call on Thursday and had an appointment on Saturday the 13th of Sept 08. They arrived at the prescribed time of 9;00 AM and commenced work. They moved all my furniture, cleaned, the carpet in a timely and professional manner. The team was very friendly and very quick to complete the work.

They did a good job. The rugs looked like I had never seen them before. It was almost as if they were brand new. They knew what they were talking about. The estimate was reasonable and they kept with their estimate.

Brad and Doug Parker ran a little late but called to verify. They are 2 of 4 brothers who run this company and the half that did my work were delightful, professional and industrious. The furniture looks great today and I would highly recommend them. I have new carpet so didn't need their services for that yet. All in all, a most positive experience.

Very professional and went over and above to please us, we were ready to rip out the carpets and they told us that they would be able to get the stains and odor out of the carpet. Well, they did just that and we are very happy with the results!

It was a very good experience. The only negative was that I was concerned with the pad and carpet underneath becoming saturated. I was assured that it wouldn't happen but it did. The carpet took a half a day to dry, and the good thing is that there was very little travel on the carpet while it dried. They couldn't be more professional than they already were, they were very nice and I was very pleased with the service, the only exception was the drying time.

The appointment was scheduled for between 10:30-11:00 am. When I did not hear from them till 10:50 am, I called them up. Brad answered the call saying they would be there in 20 mins. They went straight to work as soon as they came. The whole area was initially vacuumed, then the stains were pre-treated. Next they shampooed and applied the sealer. They were able to get majority of the stains out. There were few that didn't come out all the way. But at least they don't stand out, as it used to be. The odor could be strong and could cause headache for some. Also it takes 4-5 hrs to dry. I would recommend planning something, so that you are outside the home after the cleaning is done.

They arrived promptly and did an excellent job. They were neat about their work. The company is owned by brothers, and they do the work. They were very nice, personable, and professional. They moved the furniture and replaced a heavy table in the dining room. I have had the "big name" companies clean the carpets before, but this is the best job and the most reasonable I have encountered. I will definitely use Parker Brothers Carpet Cleaning again.

Called to schedule an appointment and spoke to Doug. Doug was very professional over the phone and scheduled to clean my carpets and area rugs the following week. The Parker Brothers showed up on time and proceeded to clean my rugs. The did a great job, and I would recommend them to family and friends.

Arrived even a little early. Very friendly and efficient. Carpets were very nicely cleaned and much attention was paid to detail. Overall very enjoyable experience and reasonably priced. The fragrance which is imparted to the carpets is a bit overwhelming if you can't air out the house (it was about 104 that day) but that was it and we imagine it is needed for some pet stained rugs.

They were wonderful, punctual, and the estimate was the same price as the final bill.

Couldn't be more pleased. Responded to my application online the same afternoon, on a Sunday. Then, they were here on time, did exactly what they said, and gave me great tips on how to maintain the carpet. Two of the owners did the work, as promised in their ads. Top notch quality and efficient service. Also, I live outside their listed service area, and despite the Angie's List warning banner to the contrary, they DO service homes outside their listed service area. Just call them.

On July 14, 2008, Brad called to ask if they may come approximate two hours before scheduled time. When they arrived, Brad came in first for the introduction to us and the carpet areas. He told us his brother Doug was there, also. He explained their cleaning procedures and approximate drying time. Doug placed emphasis on safety coming down wet stairs. Brad gave info on spot removals. The carpets are clean and fresh.

They were very responsive and courteous. They explained everything they were going to do. They charged what they quoted. They were every thorough. They also repaired some work that a previous company had caused. They really seemed to try and get us to bring them back.

I had read on Angie's List that one or two of the four brothers would always come by. Sure enough Bradley and his brother was here. We talked at length if the carpet was salvageable (I have a Husky we adopted from Husky rescue and she still has "issues", plus another Border Collie mix that is fine but provides doggie wear and tear). The carpet is a relatively new and of good quality and Brad assured me it would be fine and smell great. They arrived on time (plus or minus ten minutes) and went to work quickly, even offering to move the large furniture! They explained why their large industrial machines are better for the carpets than a truck mounted (which they used to have but do not like the soaking; it gives the pad and increases chance of mildew). The rug is beautiful, clean, smells great and dried quickly. They assured me that they want clients for life and to call anytime with questions.

They were on time, fair priced and they did a very good job. They were very punctual and the prices were very fair. I would use them again and recommend them.

They were on-time, very polite and professional. My sectional hadn't been cleaned in a couple of years and it looked as good as new when they finished. They did a good job with the area rug got out the pet smell. There price was quite reasonable and I will definitely use them again.

They came on time and were courteous and thorough. The carpets look great. Our carpets have heavy use and were quite dirty.
