The Parker brothers squeezed me in the day after I called when I explained that my inlaws were coming for the weekend. They arrived on time and worked really hard. They got out the stains in the hallway and they have not come back, as carpet stains sometimes do. I like that they do the work themselves instead of hiring subs that you don't know anything about. It took them about 1.5 hours to do 4 bedrooms, the closets and a hallway and they did a great job for a very reasonable price. I was impressed- nice bunch of guys who did quality work efficiently and for a good price. I will use them again.

Contractor called when running late, not unusual in the carpet cleaning biz. arrived within half hour of original time. They were personable and friendly, explaining what they would do, how long it would take, and what it would cost. The price was great as it is the lowest price I have ever received. The quality was SUPERIOR as we are VERY HAPPY with the results. They said it would take 1 hour 45 minutes to finish and it took exactly that long with all three brothers working efficiently together. I have had carpet cleaners estimate 2-3 hours and still not be done after 4 hours. PARKER BROTHERS is our permanent carpet cleaners from now on. Called them to get an estimate, which they provided over the phone. We set up a date shortly thereafter, and two of the four Parker brothers arrived precisely on time and went to work moving the furniture that could be moved, vacuuming, then cleaning the carpets in the four bedrooms. They even vacuumed the oriental runners in the hallway, and combed the fringe on them. They were very professional as well as personable, knew what they were doing, and finished the job in a little over an hour. They were a delight to work with.

They were very friendly and really did a great job. They had a fair price, too. I would definitely higher them in the future if needed.

I scheduled an appointment, they came on time, included a room that I forgot to included in my request for no extra charge and did an excellent job.

Before move-in, while the house was still empty, we had Parker Brothers give all of the carpets a thorough cleaning. They were prompt and did a great job with lots of special attention to some stains. We were trying to get a lot of work done between closing and moving so it was important that everyone be there when they said they would.

I can't imagine a better carpet cleaning service!! Extrememly friendly. My house smelled wonderful for days and days! I thought I had a lot of wear in carpet, but they explained it was from oils and traffic and it looks super now! They even got out a grape juice stain that had been there 6 months! They also cleaned extra surrounding areas for free! I will use them again often. You won't go wrong with them.

This is the second time we've used Parker Brothers for our carpet cleaning. They are friendly, prompt, and efficient about their work. We will definitely use them again. With 4 dogs, and 2 of them puppies, we will need their services often!

Bradley and Doug Parker came in time. They called in advance for a 10 minute late which is very nice. They are very nice to work with. They even explained to me what to be careful about the carpet. They cleaned up the carpet in one and half hours. It's not as clean as I expected. But they explain to me that this is due to un-removable stains.

From the phone to the bill, I could not be happier. Best Service, Best quality, I will be passing their name and number to everyone I know.

Parker Bros provided an estimate over the phone. They were on time, moved all furniture and did an exceptional job cleaning the carpets. The carpets were clean and soft and appear to have no residue. They are very professional and friendly.

My expectations were high after seeing all high ratings/reviews on Angie's List, and they did not disappoint. They arrived within a few minutes of "on time," did a fantastic job (on light colored carpets whose last cleaning was 4 years ago), were thorough, personable and knowledgeable, and stayed with the price quoted.

They are FANTASTIC!!! This is my 2nd time using Parker Brothers & I won't have anyone else clean my carpets. Brad and his brother are very professional, friendly, trustworthy, and--most importantly--GREAT at cleaning carpets! They even got blood out of my carpet. They moved all the furniture (sofa, chairs, etc., but not huge items like my bed or dresser--not that I'd want them to!), picked up everything on the floor, even found one of our cats terrified in the room and waited for us to get her before proceeding. Just genuinely great, honest folks.

I called Parker brothers on a Monday morning and got an immediate return call from one of the 4 brothers. He discussed my options in detail and quoted me a fair and accurate price over the phone. I needed them to come in as quickly as possible and they were able to come two days later. Two of the brothers arrived on time. They completed all of the work in less than 4 hours and did a very good job. The price was exactly what they quoted and they did more work than originally planned. Parker Brothers got nasty stains out of my carpet and advised me on how to keep those spots away and how to treat them. They always do a wonderful job!

I left a message over the Christmas holiday, was surprised they got back to me the following Sunday and were able to schedule a cleaning for the same week. Very responsive! They arrived right on time and were able to get out pretty much all of the stains and the smells that we needed tackled. Our carpets look great and they even did the hallway attached to one of the rooms that wasn't requested without an extra charge!

They were very good. The guy was very knowledgeable. He explained everything, including the process. It is usually both brothers that show up, but this time it was just one, which wasn't a problem because I have a small house anyway.
