Parker Brothers Carpet Cleaning

The Parker brothers are great! Super nice (and funny) and professional. We were moving back into a house that had been vacant for 2 years (we had lived there for 15 years previously) and the carpets had never been cleaned. As we walked the house before they got started, they did explain that they may not be able to get out all the stains especially the ones that were really old but that they could make them substantially better. Same with the traffic patterns. Let me tell you, they did a great job. True, several of the stains that they thought they could not fully get out they did not get out but they look a million times better! Most are barely noticeable (saving the one in the master bath where I spilled hair dye 5-6 years ago - totally my fault). The red wine stain in the den totally gone! They even gave me tips on how to get stains out in the future and what products NOT to use. Loved these guys and would use them again!

Two of the Parker brothers arrived on time to clean the carpet. They moved the items that needed to be moved and were very efficient in everything they did. The job was completed in a little over two hours. I am very happy with their work and would highly recommend this company.

It was GREAT. These guys use enzymes and tell you how to take care of the materials so they don't have to come out. Since it seemed so fresh and simple, Doug told me to how to clean it myself and if I didn't want to, they would come out. I tried. I called them. Doug and Brad are such great guys: hard workers, caring, personable and positive. It was fun to have them. They do the work themselves as a pair and have another pair of brothers that they work with. Doug and Brad will be coming back to do more things at my house - area rugs, stairs, orientals, anti-allergy treatment on the bed and more.

they were great! They even checked out my vacuum and told me it needed a new belt, ran out to their truck and grabbed 2, put one on and gave me another for the next time ( for free) !! They were very professional and clean. They had to come back the next day to take care of a reaction the buttons on my sofa had to the cleaning agent and they did so promptly and all looked good as new. Would give a big thumbs up to the Parker Brothers!!

They were very courteous, professional and arrived on time. They fit my condo in on a day when they were already booked because of my own time needs. They called to let me know they were on the way. They worked quickly and did a great job. The carpets ended up looking better than I had expected and my condo smelled clean and fresh. Called the company to check overall price and to see if they would be able to clean my carpets within the time frame that I needed it done. They arrived on time, moved the furniture, and vacuumed the carpet. The work was completed within two-and-one-half hours. They were able to remove stains that I thought would not come up.

They came and performed the necessary work. My wife thought they did a great job and cleaned to her satisfaction. Between our dogs and our child, the couches can be pretty dirty, but they handled this with ease.

Responded quickly with an estimate for carpet cleaning and upholstery on sofa and loveseat. They asked lots of questions before giving estimate to be sure they brought the right equipment. Our dog had some accidents on the carpet, so there were recent stains that needed to be cleaned. In addition, we had some old cat stains that a previous carpet cleaner had tried to remove a couple of years before, but they still showed. They said they would try to get them out, but since they were old and previously treated, may not be successful. We had a large sofa and loveseat that needed cleaning as well as two 6 x 10 rugs. Parker Brothers showed up right on time and reviewed the areas to be cleaned. They went right to work vacuuming, and spot cleaning stains and then cleaned carpet and upholstery. All recent dog stains gone! Also removed almost all of the old cat stains that we thought would never come out - have to really hunt to find where they were. Sofa and loveseat cleaned well. Parker Brothers friendly and professional. Will definitely use again.

I was a little nervous with the price up front when there are so many carpet cleaning companies offering cheap prices. But this company had excellent reviews on Angie's List so I called and was impressed from the beginning. They broke it down over the phone of everything they would be doing. We had a tight time line when they needed to be there between the painters and movers and they were great about meeting our time tables. What I was most impressed with is the next day after the carpets dried there was a major pet stain that didn't come all the way out the first time they cleaned it. I wasn't sure if they would make another trip out for free to go over this again and not only did they come out the next day, they went over it again and it actually worked this time. They were very professional and great to have in the house. I can see why they have all these great ratings and have been around for so long.

They did a wonderful job on my carpet and my upholstery. They were extremely professional, polite, friendly, and informative about the process they were using. I would recommend all of the Parker Brothers to my friends and family without hesitation! They were very pleasant to have in the house and the job was commendably completed! They were great. They came in, moved the furniture, thoroughly vacuumed, and pre-treated, and then cleaned the carpets. They did an outstanding job. They did this within the quoted price, too.

Brad and Doug came out quickly after I called to make the appointment. They were on time and courteous. Best of all they were able to get the spots out of the carpet and the sap stains off the chairs. I'm thrilled! Will definitely recommend and use them again.

We had our carpets cleaned and couldn't be happier with Parker Brothers. They were on time, did an outstanding job and were very friendly. We were also very happy with the quote and they even threw in an acid wash for high traffic areas. A well run and great company. The brothers did great. Arrived on time, worked hard to clean and remove stains from four kitchen chairs that are upholstered in a very light fabric. They also cleaned a large area rug, leaving it very clean and not soaking wet. The price was very fair. I will use them again.

The guys came out on a Sat at 5 PM! Once they came in they went immediately to work. One was upstairs vacuuming and one carried in equipment. They were very profession and proficient. One made sure I was aware at all times what they were doing and how to take care of the carpet (spot cleaning) in between cleanings. They vacuumed, deodorized and cleaned the carpets in no time flat. Will use them again and again!

I called Parker Borthers after joining Angie's List. I was given a quote over the phone after discussing all the cleaning that needed to be done. I emphasized we had a new member of the family, an English Bulldog which had stained our carpet in quite a few places. Parker Brothers showed up on time, did the work efficiently, they were very friendly and used extra care for the dog stain spots. Once they finished, especially one sofa in our family room, it returned to the original color. I did not know how dirty this really was. We also had some carpet damage, green airplane paint, that Parker Brothers recommended a person for, I followed up on their recommendation and this was done very well, too. The cost was on target after the carpet and upholstery work was done. Overall, a good experience, we will use Parker Brothers again.
