Parker Brothers Carpet Cleaning

Parker Brothers showed up on time and were extremely professional and friendly. They went over and beyond what I expected. They took apart our sectional and moved pretty much moved everything out of the rooms. They treated the pet stains. We are very satisfied with their service. We are having them back to do all the carpets in the house after our dog goes to school. If you use them, you will not be disappointed!!

They did a great job. The price was very reasonable. They also gave me some great references for other projects. I was very pleased with them, and I would use them again.

Showed up on time, very friendly and professional. Even got out a pet/blood stain on one of the rugs.

Real friendly guys and worked me in right before the Memorial Day weekend, which was nice. However, the solution they used had an extremely strong perfumy smell that really lingered. Also, in the dirtiest areas (stairs and area where dog sleeps), they applied so much solution that it took about 5 days to completely dry. And this is with the AC running constantly. Two months later the smell is finally gone, but for a long time I kept smelling a combination of wet carpet/perfume.

What a FANTASTIC company. I called to see if they could come out to spot clean our carpet. Instead of selling me their service, they managed my expectations of getting food dye out of the carpet, and stirred me in the direction of getting it repaired using remnant pieces we had. Most places would have taken the business knowing the results were 50/50. What a wonder to find honest business men today. Thank you Parker Brothers for reminding me that there are still good guys out there. I wish you all the best!

We spilt pencil lead shavings all over a microsuede sofa, and they came in and cleaned it up. It was perfect. It took them over an hour to take out all the cat hair. It was full of cat hair, and now there's hardly any. It looks better than brand new now. They left their Mountain Dew bottles behind when they left.

They were fantastic. The price was very reasonable. I've used them several times. They show up when they say. They do a good job and they are very trustworthy. They all speak English. They do what they say they are going to do and at the price they say they will do it. I will definitely continue using them.

Love these guys...flexible, responsive and cheerful. Not to mention that they just do a great job. I will continue to use them on a regular basis for carpet care. I have had lots of disappointing customer service interactions lately, so it's refreshing to have someone pick up the phone when you call, show up when they say they will and do exactly what you expect them to, They "get it" when it comes to understanding the value of repeat business and reputation in the local market.

Awesome, of course! Parker Brothers had just been out to clean several rooms so they were surprised when I called less than 3 weeks later. Due to unforeseen circumstances, a stray cat that I had been fostering (along with her 3 kittens) was returned to me the same day as the original cleaning. Unfortunately, after having her spayed, she piddled repeatedly in the room during her recovery period. You would never know there was a cat in there now, let alone one who peed everywhere!

Parker Brothers provide excellent service. They respond promptly when contacted, arrive when they say they will, and do an excellent job. They have many years of experience and know carpet and fabrics very well. My jobs have not been easy due to my dogs, but they do a great job.

These guys were TERRIFIC! When they first arrived, there was concern on their part as to whether or not it would be worth my investment to clean a soiled, light-colored sofa. They were very upfront and honest when they told me it would not look brand new but that I would see a significant difference if I chose to have the cleaning performed. I am so pleased with the outcome! My sofa looks wonderful! I highly recommend Parker Brothers and plan to use their services in the future.

AMAZING! Parker Brothers never disappoints! Even with short notice (under a week), they were able to work me in since I could not take another day of looking at a living room carpet covered with evidence of a toddler child and messy husband. They are friendly, professional, prompt, honest, thorough, efficient, and downright GREAT with the work they perform. My carpets look better than new, my house smells fresh & clean - NOT like it's been bathed in chemicals or perfume (because it hasn't been!). They took extra care & specially treated one room where I had been fostering a momma cat & her 3 kittens. You'd never know cats had been in that room when Parker Brothers were done cleaning it. And my living room looks spotless - the hard part is keeping my family to keep it that way!

They have great customer service. Best upholstery and carpet and cleaner. They also clean oriental rugs.

We had the furniture moved off of the carpet prior to Parker Brothers’ arrival. Once they arrived, they did a good job of vacuuming and pre-treating the high-traffic areas. However, when they started cleaning the carpet, the machine that was used was not what we expected. It was not a carpet steam cleaner nor was it a typical shampoo machine. It looked like the orbiting brush kind of cleaner that is used to clean solid surface school flooring. Parker Brother’s website states that their equipment is from Clarke Cleaning Equipment. In looking through Clarke’s website we believe that the machine was Clarke’s Orbital Floor Buffer. It snagged our Berber carpet in several places. In some places they used a more “aggressive” brush to “deep clean”. This brush left our Berber carpet fuzzy looking. Also, without asking our preference, they used a highly perfumed cleaning fluid. Our house reeked with the smell for days. The Parker Brothers are nice guys and they tried hard but we would not use them again.

They did an outstanding work. The work they did was fantastic. They were amazing. They also found that our vacuum cleaner was not working right and that was why we had problem in getting out some of the dirt and they fixed it up for us for free. They did an excellent job. They also advised me how to keep the carpet cleaner. They didn’t have any evident of any chemicals after they left. The carpets were clean and they felt nice. I have had used many carpet cleaners but I haven’t seen anyone do the work like the work they did. This was the first time I was using them. I would rate them high overall. I would definitely use them in the future.

Their customer service is awesome. The people who came out were really nice. I would use their service in the future too.

The overall service was great. Indeed, they showed up on time. We did a tour of the house and review the estimate again. They explained me in details how they will processed their services. And also took time to explain me the different type of stain that I have. They were honest about the ones that would go away and the one that won't. They are performed a great team work and I constantly checked on them to see the progress but also the different. Which I did. Before they left they gave us some tips on how to optimize the life of our carpet. From the first phone call to the team leaving our property - we had a great experience. I will recommend them to a friend and use them again. They have a great website as well with tips on how to take care of carpet's stain.

I am pretty satisfied with them. They have only done carpet cleaning for me. I like their professionalism. They are cost-effective. They show up right on time and get right to it. They get the job done and head out the door. It takes much more time for the carpet to dry when this company does it. It also smells really strong.

They were very, very thorough. They did an excellent job and they moved things away. They were very neat and very clean. They cleaned everything up before they left. They gave us a lot of information about carpets and how to treat them in-between. They were professional in their attitude, performance and appearance. They were a little more expensive than what I had paid in the past. We will use them again.

Parker Brothers is excellent. They came out on a Sunday to accommodate my schedule. They were thorough and pleasant. They were affordable. I highly recommend them. They cleaned my carpets before movers came. They were excellent and did a great job.

AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME!!!!! I wish I could give them an A+!!! The Parker Brothers (because that's what they are - all brothers!) have been cleaning my carpets for 3 years now and my carpets are always perfect! Well, until a cat barfs on them again. But seriously my carpets are in better condition now than before they started cleaning them because they treat the carpet for the conditions it's in. We walk around barefoot a lot, so our carpet is treated for oil and cats. Brad and Doug are friendly, professional, personable, and all around WONDERFUL, PROFESSIONAL, & THOROUGH!

I rate them high overall. They were extremely professional and honest about what they were doing. They were also very honest about steam cleaning and the way they do the cleaning. The carpet turned out to be better and they dry faster. They explained everything to me in detail. They did not stretch the carpet but they recommended another company who would do it.

They were in and out within an hour. They did six rooms and a hall. I had some friends come and move the furniture from the living room and dining room and that helped. They mentioned that since they didn't have to do that it was very helpful and it would go much faster. It was dry in 5 hours and we were able to put the furniture back the next day. They were all very professional. They just came in and got down to business. It was a great experience.
