Description of Work: Service performed was satisfactory. A little late arriving for their appointment. One gentleman did most of the work while the other talked my ear off. I prefer professionals that just get the job done.

Description of Work: I called to schedule an appointment last Thursday and they were able to squeeze me in two days later! I had them clean my bedroom carpet and my living room sofa.

Description of Work: I had two bedrooms, a living room and hallway cleaned. Service included moving any necessary furniture. They prepped the carpet with an enzyme to emulsify the dirt, then proceeded to use the carpet cleaning machine. After they were done, they "raked" the carpet to bring up the nap. On this trip I had three Parker Brothers in attendance. One vacuumed, another moved furniture, another prepped and used the machine for cleaning. The entire process took about an hour. The carpet was completely dry within 8 hours using only ceiling fans.

Description of Work: 3 of the Parker Brothers came and they took over the upstairs (where I wanted the carpet cleaning done). They were in and out in less than 2 hours. They cleaned and protected the carpet. They moved the furniture that I asked them to move - although most of what I needed to have moved was cleared out in advance.

Description of Work: I had all of the carpet cleaned in my home. They sanitized and did spot removal as well as cleaned the carpet. They had cleaned the stairs and put foam blocks under items so that i could move them around and not leave indentations in the carpet.

Description of Work: I have been using Parker Brothers carpet cleaning for about 4 years. I found them originally on Angie's list. I couldn't be happier with their service. On this visit they cleaned carpets as well as couches and chairs. If you use someone who does not do upholstery cleaning as a major part of their business they can ruin your furniture. I have several different types of fabric and they know how to clean each one without damaging the fabric. I will never use anyone else. They've also come out several times for spill emergency on the carpet. thanks Doug and Brad

Description of Work: Brad & Doug Parker came at 1:30 - the appointment time. Were fast and thorough with what we agreed upon. Very friendly & cheerful We had 4 white Parsons chairs- they are so clean they look almost new - we were about to recover or replace. A large Ethan Allen area rug and another small rug. Both look wonderful Also, a stairway carpet. All looked super; and, it took a little over an hour.

Description of Work: NOTE: Fresh Coat Painters sucks. Parker Brothers rocks!! Our HOA contracted with Fresh Coat Painters (Jesus Walls, owner). Unfortunately, the power spray came from around the door and splattered onto my wooden table, velvet sofa and floor. (see my review on Fresh Coat, too! BTW, Jesus the owner denied they caused the problem) So.....I called Parker Brothers about 3:15 on a Friday. They were doing charity work in Irving and could not release anyone to come to our place in Plano at the Shops at Legacy. Brad explained that after they cleaned, there was tons of furniture that had to be moved so church could happen that night. They said velvet needs to be cleaned ASAP so they asked if 7:30 AM Saturday was OK --- of course!! They told me not to do anything besides the blotting I had done. Brad and Doug (owners) arrived promptly the next morning. They assessed the situation and told us that proper pH is so important when cleaning velvet, plus dry time is critical, too. Doug appears to be a bit of a chemist. They mixed the proper pH, sprayed the velvet and did their magic! I showed them some spotting still left and they resprayed that one section for me. It is not dry yet, but I was so happy with their service that I had to share my experience right away. BTW, there are four brothers that run this. They won't hire subcontractors because they can't control the quality of work. Fresh Coat is supposed to reimburse us, but we will see, considering that Jesus said to my husband that he doubts they did it even before he saw it.
