Description of Work: These guys were so awesome! They came in and took charge immediately. Moving furniture, giving me information, the whole process from "soup to nuts" took maybe 30 minutes. I had two rooms cleaned (one of which is quite large) so I was really pleased that it was done so quickly. These guys are now my go-to carpet cleaners. I won't call anyone else!

Description of Work: When I called for a quote, the sales person was friendly. He provided the price and indicated they would move all necessary furniture. I then scheduled a service date. They arrived on time and looked at the rooms. One of the rooms was the bedroom. I was told that that they would not move the vanity, bed, or. bureau as they did not consider those items as "necessary furniture", I was disappointed here as I felt I was misled by the sales person on my initial call with respect to the leack of a clear definition from them on what was considered "necessary furniture". Also when I questioned both brothers on this issue, their attitude and response tone were arrogant and patronizing.

Description of Work: Parker bros was able to fit me in at Christmas time and came right when they said they would! My couch and carpet were filthy and they did a great job. They were very professional and when I said I needed to leave at 12:45, they were finshed right at that time!

Description of Work: Excellent, hard working gentlemen. They arrived on-time, and had my 2 couches and a lounge chair cleaned up beautifully within an hour or so. Really, my couches were a filthy mess, yet they cleaned them up so so well. I have no complaints about service or professionalism. I do want to note, though, that I've never had an upholstery cleaning that resulted in such a lingering smell. It's been 3 days and I can still smell it. It's not a fresh, clean scent either. It's more like a public bathroom cleaner smell. Not pleasant for me at all. I have considered putting the couches outside in the sun to rid my house of the odor.

I had moved the furniture that I had wanted to move, and they went ahead and moved the rest. They were very friendly. I would use them anytime, and would definitely tell my friends about them!

Description of Work: Parker Bros cleaned the carpets in my home in Plano last year. We've since moved to Flower Mound. They did a superb job in my 7000sf Plano home. When I had a spill on our new carpet I knew that if anyone could get it out, it would be them. Unfortunately, they came out and tried to get the spots off the carpet but were unsuccessful. It was a very difficult stain...rubber type pads that were on the bottom of a piano keyboard melted in the summer heat (during moving) and then the pads were laid to rest on a cream carpet. When they were unable to get the spots off, they didn't charge me and recommended someone who could patch the carpet for me. They were very pleasant and professional and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. We tried several carpet cleaning companies over the 13 years we lived in Plano. Parker Bros got our carpets looking better than any of their competition.

Description of Work: Two men vacuumed and cleaned carpets in 3 bedrooms, 1 den and 1 -20 foot hallway. Cleaned the baseboard and crack area of carpet in each room. Excess furniture in home kept them from cleaning all areas but this was agreed upon earlier. Minor problem detected after they completed (left window open) but this was not a problem.
