Ali, was the service technician sent to my home. My AC unit was blowing air but not cooling the air down. Ali found the problem quickly clogged condenser lines and quoted the repair cost. He also recommended some additional maintenance work most of which I agreed to and some I decided was not needed at this time. Ali and his trainee were courteous efficient and explained the problems in my system, the work to be done and the costs for each service and repair. I believe Ali and his team did a good job on the repair and set my system up for uninterrupted service for the summer. Work performed: Condenser line clearing, removal of water from safety pan, replacement of sensor, replacement of damaged wiring, coolant check, chemical cleaning of two AC units

They were also able to source the parts within a few days and came out to repair. The installation team was very knowledgeable and professional. They put drop cloths everywhere in my house that they were walking. They also cleaned up the attic space after the install. They tested my system and answered all my questions.
