They never called or showed up to the appointment, and when I called them I got voicemail and left a message. This was particularly disappointing because I canceled other appointments to be here and also turned away another electrician who could have done the job today. Tremendous waste of time dealing with this company.

I sold my house and the buyer had only a couple of requests. One of which was to have the natural gas distribution valve (CSST) grounded to 2009 building code standards. I called 3 different electricians and Justin from NuWork was the best prices and was flexible enough to meet my tight deadline. Justin arrived on time. He was professional and courteous. He completed the work in an hour or so, cleaned up his work area even though it was in my messy attic. I am pretty sure it was cleaner when he left than when he started.

Working with NuWork was a pleasure. Joyce, in the office, was great to work with for scheduling and always pleasant and helpful. Justin came to our house on three different occasions and took a couple of different calls to answer questions for the saferoom general contractor. His work was fast, efficient, and clean. Even the drywaller noted that few electricians were so clean as to keep the cuts at a minimum and replace the removed drywall so nicely. I had to stop Justin from vacumning up his work because I didn't think that he needed to do it for me. He is very knowledgeable and even told me how to solve a problem in the bathroom where the lights kept going out. He knew immediately what the problem was and he even changed the fixtures to new ones that gave me the level of light I wanted and permanently solved the lights buring out. And I'm very sure he did not charge for that effort. He also installed the ceiling fan/light in the office which was not part of the original contract. Excellent work from an excellent person that you will welcome into your home or business. A good human being too!
