Nothing But Windows did a good job. We are happy with them. We had problems with our schedule meeting with their schedule because there were times my wife couldn't be there. They gave us a couple of days in the next week. She just happened to not be able to be there. It was not longer than 3 weeks from the purchase of the big deal for the service, could have been earlier than that. They did a good job and we are happy with the service that they did. We had two extra windows that we paid for above the big deal. They did what they said they were going to do. They did a good job.

100% satisfied. I was expecting to be told my windows were too big (8 windows were 8' tall) but was happy that there was no fine print and I was able to pick 20 windows and get them done. They were easy to schedule, showed up on time, and did what they said they would do for the price agreed upon in the 'special'.

Nothing But Windows did such a good job cleaning my windows, I had them replace some window screens that had been damaged by hail. They did a great job on these, too.

The young man arrived on time, ready to work, and jumped right in. When he was finished, I was amazed at how great the windows looked! So clean!!

Purchased the exterior and interior cleaning package promotional deal from "Nothing But Windows" for up to 20 double-hung windows, includes exterior window clean with Rain-X additive, exterior track wiped clean, removal and brush off of standard screens, interior cleaning of windows, interior sill wiped clean for $119. The technician was supposed to arrive between 0800 and 0900, he was late. At first I thought "this is not the way to start the day... I have a lot of things to do." However "Nothing But Windows" called and also sent me an email to let me know their man was running late. When the technician (Ben) arrived we discussed what I wanted done and I paid an additional $90 for the extra windows. I have a mixture of new and six 30-year old very large surface windows. The new ones are a breeze to clean but the old ones are not as easy and are the major focal points to the house. If they don't look clean it is really noticeable. Ben did a good job, I was very happy with the quality of work; the windows sparkle. "Nothing but windows" is worth exploring if you need your windows cleaned.

The Technician did an excellent job. Very thorough, very polite. I did not realize how dirty my windows were until they were cleaned. I won't wait so long between cleanings again if I can get another good deal like this.

The service was perfect. They were very efficient, and completed the job in a timely manner.

This company did a great job overall. Plenty of very difficult windows to clean and the crew stayed with the job until finished. I would recommend to others. The advertised price of $99 for 20 windows inside and out was fair although we have 34 windows and there was a total cost of $320. This was $40 over 2 other quotes I had for the 34 windows so the ad overall was not effective but this company and its employees were very meticulous and stayed with the job until 100% satisfaction was met.

Arrived on time. Very personable and knowledgeable manager, but his assistant was new. Several windows were not done well initially, (due to lack of experience of assistant), but those were rewashed without complaint after I brought it to their attention. Overall a pretty good job. I obtained the services for an Angie's discount of $160 vs. $299 regular for 20 windows. At the regular rate window cleaning on my home would cost about $600. I find this fairly expensive for a job that generally runs about 2 - 3 hours for 2 people. Brian

They arrived on time, were easy to contact, and did the work as promised. The only issue is that the deal wasn't clear on how many windows would be cleaned, and I later learned that it would have been necessary for me to pay extra for the remaining windows.

I was happy with the work that they did. The windows were very clean after they were here. The only thing that I was slightly unhappy about was that a couple of the screens were not back in place properly after the wash. I did not, however, call and complain about this since it was only a couple.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and they were fine. They were very thorough and I was happy in all regards. My interaction with the provider was good.

Although they were only suppose to do the outside for the price we paid, Cat quoted me the wrong price for the outside, but honored her error by doing both the inside and outside for $99! It went well. I have significantly less windows in my newer home than I had in my old home and the tech suggested that I notify the provider for a better deal.

I contacted the company regarding work left unfinished from the 20 windows and track and sill cleaning package "big deal" I purchased from Nothing But Windows online via angies list. They came to my house, I paid them 160.00 with a 40.00 tip and discovered after they left that: 4 windows were not cleaned (see pictures) 1 window was very streaky from the squeegee they used (see attached pictures) none of the tracks and sills were cleaned (see pictures) I emailed them to inform them of this and graded the work a "C" online and left a review saying I was in contact with the company to return to finish the work and fix the smeared window. Cat Barber with Nothing But Windows did send a nice and professional email telling me that they would send someone out to complete the work. I emailed them back and informed them that if they return to complete the unfinished work, I will update my review and leave a better review. I then received an email back from Cat Barber with Nothing But Windows about how they were mad I had reviewed them unfavorably online without letting them come out and finish the work/ fix the smeared work they did. (all I wrote online was that I was waiting to hear back from the company regarding work not completed). Very unprofessional. **** contacted the company today about no show for the window re cleaning and was told by Cat Barber that they did indeed finish the work (false and dishonest as well as unprofessional) and they were going to refuse to clean the track and sills (and the 4 omitted windows and 1 smeared window in the picture). I told her that they have every right to decline me service and that they do not have to finish their work, but they do not get to keep the money. If you do not provide the services described in the package I have paid for, you do not get to keep the payment for those services. Its just that simple. I told her this, and she again chose to lie to me, and say they did complete this work, then she hung up the phone on me. I will be in contact with the BBB and angies list to get a refund for services not rendered. I am now going to attach all pictures of unfinished and sloppy work they provided at my home. It is my perception that this company is more concerned with a rating scale on angies list than they are about providing quality services.

They did a great job and were very professional. I purchased a deal through Angie's list, so it was very affordable, but I will definitely use them again.

This man is very professional and thorough. He brightened my world considerably by cleaning my windows!!! I will have him back at least twice a year.

Cat came by, walked around the house, and gave me an estimate by email. We worked out the specifics, including information about the track cleaning, via email, which I prefer to phone calls. The man who cleaned the windows was professional and friendly. I may have misunderstood the start time, but I think he was a little early. That's better than being late, and he did a good job and was careful with the furniture and blinds. Thanks!

I bought the special back in August. Life happened and I forgot about it. I finally remember about this service late in December. When we contacted them, they responded immediately and were ready to schedule a time. The weather was ugly and we postpone it a couple of times but they braved the cold weather 1/7 and we came home to sparkling windows. I was overjoyed! What a wonderful service they provide and they were a pleasure to deal with.

They did an excellent job at a reasonable price and would recommend their services.
