Great Service! They arrived well within the arrival window provided to me on the phone. The representative walked around the house with me to understand which 20 windows I wanted done. He was exceedingly polite and professional, quick but careful, and provided me a quote to do the rest of the house. When done, he walked around one more time to insure there were no spots or streaks left behind. I have to give Nothing But Windows, and Ben, an A+.

He came early and I was not home. He proceeded to clean the outside of the windows. I think they should have verified with me first. Everything was fine, except my dog could have escaped the left open gate.The windows are nice and clean. He did good quality work. They do the windows inside and out as well as dust of the screens and wipe off the outside window shelf. They do not do the inside window track. I believe that should be included in the price. I now need to go back and clean those myself or I could have paid him an additional $100 ($5 per window)

Bought as an Angie's List Deal. Company was professional and the guy that did the work was courteous and pleasant.

Price was more than expected. Quality of work was great. First time we had the windows cleaned by a professional so price may be in line. Will shop it next time to compare.

The gentleman was punctual and friendly, and he did and adequate job with glass. However, he actually bent one of the window screens, and he neglected to mention this damage to us before leaving. We actually didn't learn that it was broken until a month or so after the work had been done.

I cannot begin to describe the passion the Nothing But Windows team has for providing excellent service to their customers--and to making windows sparkle/gleam beyond customers' expectations. Amazing!! The NBW team came out to provide an estimate and then worked with me to schedule cleaning at a time that worked for me--I was in the middle of having some interior paint work done and wanted to schedule windows after the painters were done. So flexible! On window day, the team just made it work. My windows were more complex (inside storms, outside storms, french panes) than the team expected but they stuck to their original estimate to clean them. They were also very sensitive to my timeline to put my house on the market---the owner actually came out to finish the inside clean on his own. The team wore shoe protectors at all times when in the house (something I appreciate) and took care to give clean windows a second dusting before completing the re-installation since we were having one of those really windy Texas spring days with a whole lot of pollen. I would absolutely recommend them to friends, family and admiring potential buyers. Thank you SO much!

We purchased the "$160 for $299 worth of cleaning, with Rain-X application/each additional window=$10" special that the company was running on Angie's List. We could not be more pleased. The company was incredibly responsive, and got us scheduled right away. Oscar was our service provider, and he showed up promptly and was absolutely lovely. He had a printout with him of what we had purchased, confirmed that each additional window would be $10, and then did a count and informed me of the additional cost before he began working. He cleaned the exteriors of all the windows first, then came inside and cleaned all the interiors. I raised all the blinds and cleared furniture from in front of the windows to help his accessibility, but I think he would have done all that himself or helped if I had asked...I just took the initiative myself since it gave me the opportunity to clean behind some pieces that rarely get moved. We also have paper window fans in our half-moon windows throughout the first floor, and he helped me move and then reset all of them. He was terrific, our windows are sparkling, and we will definitely use them again.

I purchased the $99 special online. I was contacted by the vendor within 2 days. The appointment was set up for 3 days later. they arrived on time. Two hours later we had sparkling windows! My only regret was not having them do the inside too!

I paid about $120.00 for the special...outside windows only. There were extra windows for which I paid and additional $135.00. I would have appreciated them telling me that they could only wash the upper part of most of the windows as the storms were sealed or at least counted those as 1/2 a window instead of a full window. The atrium was not washed satisfactorily and I had Lakewood Windows come by and re-do that since this was a birthday gift to our daughter. Could have been just a misunderstanding ....... the service was too expensive. I am not sure the service was performed by the provider.

The windows looked GREAT. They were prompt, precise and professional. One just has to remember, and accept, that this job - and price - (just window-cleaning) does NOT include them opening the windows and cleaning the tracks. I would definitely use this company again!

Seemed like the person doing the windows was in a rush to finish so did not do a completely thorough job. I had to finish up the details.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. It was very good. The price did go up slightly because we had miscounted some windows. They were very prompt. We had a problem because of the weather and they were knowledgeable about how to deal with that with washing the windows. The temperature had gone very low and they explained what they were going to do and when they could begin washing so we wouldn't have streaks. They sounded like they knew what they were doing. We would definitely use them again.

The office called a little before the appointment time to inform me that due to traffic the technician was running a few minutes late. He arrived about 20 minutes late - no problem. I had more windows than were in the "bid deal" and I was given a quotation of $140 for the extra windows. The technician spent about 4 1/2 hours on the job - total cost was $259 (including the $119 for the bid deal). Overall, I was satisfied with the job. It would have been a little cheaper if I had just purchased 2 big deals and let them come back and do the balance - but seemed like more trouble than it was worth.
