Our exterior window cleaning services include a Rain X treatment to keep your windows spot free for longer! We have now also added a new service, screen repair. We repair standard sized screens, over sized screens, and sliding door screens.

Description of Work: We set an appointment, but the vendor double-booked and had to reschedule. On the rescheduled date, it rained. After that, we couldn't get together on a time for the service. In the meantime, our house sold, and we didn't need the service anymore.

Description of Work: We had to post this to inform others. I talked with the woman and inquired about cleaning all the windows in our house and some other non-windows things. She was going to come by to give us an estimate either last Tuesday or last Thursday (depending on their schedule). She said they would call first. They neither called nor came by so we used someone else. We were considering them, but they never gave us any follow through.

We are terribly sorry that you did not receive a call back after you contacted our company for a free estimate. During the week you called, we had just ended an Angie's List Big Deal promotion, and simply needed a little patience from our potential customers while we tended to everyone's needs as quickly as we could. Unfortunately, just a week prior to our running the deal, my husband (the owner of the company) lost his brother unexpectedly. It made for a little bit of a rough time for us, but we knew that if we stayed diligent, we would overcome any hurdles and continue our great company practices. We stayed on our feet and worked together to tend to the business, and it looks like we had one person fall through the cracks, even with our best efforts put forth, and for that we are sorry. It would have been appreciated if you had given our company the benefit of the doubt, based on our history here on Angie's List, and reached out to us so that we could rectify the situation and make sure you were well taken care of. Additionally, we are sorry that you feel our company deserves an "F", even after looking over our previous reviews and seeing that it was not our practice to leave a customer waiting. We strive to go the extra mile with our customers and would never, intentionally, just ignore your call for potential business. In fact, I don't know of any company that would do that with a potential new client. Unfortunately, we did not hear from you again, and you presumably already had service done by another company, so we could not rectify the situation of you not getting a call back during that week. By the weeks end, you had already posted your rating of our company, even with no work completed on your home. As you can see, we are customer service focused and we work hard to make sure our clients do not feel like just a "check in our pocket," but, sometimes we forget that our clients may see us as "just another company," until they have the opportunity to use us and actually meet the people behind the business. We promise to you and any other potential customers that we will not settle for anything but the high-quality work we have exhibited for past clients, and you not getting a call definitely was NOT our normal business practice. We hope you will reconsider our company's rating here on Angie's List and let us take this opportunity to apologize to you for the mistake we made during an extremely tough week.

Description of Work: The owner came to the house the day before I was having a outdoor wedding to my house. He arrived on time, and removed all my solar screens, washed my windows inside and outside. He put my solar screens in the garage so that I would have a clear view to the outdoor wedding from the living room. He was very accommodating and took special care not disturb any the wedding decorations around the outside and inside of the house. After he finished, we inspected it together because he wanted to make sure i was happy with service, and I was very pleased.

Description of Work: The service man and his assistant were very efficient with their time cleaning both inside and outside windows. They were careful to explain why some windows still had streaks: due to the age of the windows, moisture had gotten in between the double panes of glass, dried and left residue which they of course can't get to.

Description of Work: Set up this company to do windows prior to Super Bowl Sunday, after some initial confusion, man came out to clean the windows inside and out, they were left sparkling clean. Note that french windows (those windows with little squares of class) cost more than just regular full pane windows. Was a good job and I am happy with the result!

Description of Work: I just had my windows and the ones at my mom's house cleaned today and am extremely happy with the results. Lee showed up exactly on time and got right to work on an estimate, which I thought was very reasonable, even if I hadn't taken advantage of a deal. Lee is obviously concerned about taking care if his customers, and it shows in the quality of the work as well as in the way he treats his clients. I will definitely use their services again.
