Description of Work: The young man washed my windows and cleaned my screens. Only problem, did not get the screens back on completely proper. Kat the owner was a delight.

We have two french doors which they could have charged extra for but since we were under the number of windows the service said they would do at the special price, he did them for no extra charge. We were very satisfied with their service and the person who came out to perform the service. We will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: I purchased a deal for a Deluxe Window Cleaning with Rain-X. All work was well done. This service provider went out of its way to reschedule my appointment due to changes in my personal schedule. I really appreciated that!

Description of Work: Cleaned exterior windows. However, the screens should have been included in the cost. Though I'm satisfied with the service provided I will look for another window service that will include screen cleaning along with exterior windows for the same price I paid NBW.

Description of Work: The window cleaner arrived on time, and after reviewing the number of windows, began cleaning inside and out. He did a great job - no streaks, no mess. We were about to have a neighborhood party on our patio, so I was very pleased to have the windows done so well. My only question is how well the Rain-X in the cleaning solution will work - and can't tell that until we get some rain!

Description of Work: Washed all our home's windows inside and out as well as wiped down the window ledges and cleaned the screens. |I bought the service on sale and was contacted within a few days to schedule the date for service. They were pretty booked up so was scheduled about 3-4 weeks out. The day of Service arrived and it was raining so we had to reschedule another week out. Each time they were very nice and sorry for the wait even when their fault. When the appointed day came they were running late and again received calls to let me know. The owner actually showed up at my house and was very apologetic for the delays. He then cleaned windows until dark and then came back the next morning and finished. The work was excellent and I would recommend them to all my neighbors and friends.
