Great deal. The job went off fine in spite of us having to re-schedule twice.

On October 17, 2012, I received prompt notification by email of my upcoming November 13, 2012 appointment, and I received a much appreciated email reminder one day prior to my appointment. Lee arrived on time with his assistant, and after introductions we did a walk-through of my home with Lee marking each window and giving me professional answers to my questions. My home was built in 1978 and had never had the windows professionally cleaned before. Lee explained his procedure and immediately began the cleaning process. My home is built around an atrium/courtyard with windows or glass doors looking out on all sides. After approximately 3 to 4 hours, Lee had me come and look at the completed job. I was absolutely amazed at the crystal clarity of each window. My view out each window was as if I was looking through new windows. They were so clear, it was as if there were no panes in the windows. Needless to say, Lee is now my "go to" professional for window cleaning, and I will gladly refer anyone who needs window cleaning services to him. Besides being the ultimate professional, Lee has a very warm personality which puts him at the top of my list!

Called to ask if they could arrive early as they had checked out to see that there were lots of windows. Did a great job and would definitely use again!

The gentleman who came out was extremely accommodating and very hardworking. We moved into a new and the windows haven't probably been cleaned for quite some time. It had calcium deposits and he worked very hard to get them as clean and clear as possible. I would definitely recommend him. I was satisfied with the price.

What a pleasure. Lee was awesome, from scheduling (and rescheduling because of possible rain - how thoughtful!) to clean-up, we couldn't have been happier. He takes great pride in his work, and is pleasant and friendly. We will definitely be calling again and recommend Nothing but Windows without any reservation. You will be pleased.

Wow! How wonderful it is to have clean windows! We are new to Angie's list and decided to try the special offered for window washing by Lee Barber's company. We had never had our windows cleaned before. It was such a super experience from start to finish. The expected time of arrival was on a Saturday at 2:00, but due to a wreck on I-35 he was not able to get here until almost 2:30. His pleasant wife, Kat, called to let us know about the delay. Booties were worn to protect the floor and the flower beds and shrubs were not disturbed. Both Lee and his helper are personable and both seemed to enjoy their work. I even heard Lee singing while he cleaned outside. After the windows were cleaned, they inspected each window again one going on the inside and the other the outside. Both my husband and I were very impressed by the quality of their work and their professionalism. We will be having them back in six months to clean our windows again. Wow! What a differe

The technicians were punctual and professional. For the most part the windows were done well, and they were very careful with their work inside. However, there were a couple of inside windows in the garage that were missed and a couple for which they did not have the correct equipment to reach. The house has a lot of windows (over sixty), so I believe they were a little pressed for time to complete the job. Overall they did a nice job.

Excellent attention to detail. Windows are crystal clear with not smears! I have found my forever window cleaner!

Wow! What a difference in the look of my home. The windows are sparkling and the screens look like new. Mr. Barber did a fantastic job. He and his assistant were very professional and pleasant. I highly recommend their service to anyone who would like a fresh look to their home.

They arrived on time and were courteous and professional. They put on shoe covers when they walked on the carpet. The did a very good job cleaning the windows and screens. I will definitely use them again.

Very well. They arrived a little late due to morning traffic, but I was called ahead of time and they actually arrived right on time. They got right to work and finished quickly. The windows look fantastic.

The gentleman was here for 6 hours cleaning my windows. My only disappointment was he was not able to clean any windows that were very high. Otherwise, he did a nicejob.

Purchased a special for exterior and interior windowing cleaning. Heard from Kat via email very quickly with an appointment on a Saturday which was my preference. Owner Lee arrived right on time (actually he was early) and greeted me with a full overview of the service he was going to perform. He began with a review/count of all of my windows and spoke to me about the numbers before beginning the job. I had a few more windows than the special called for, but because he explained this in advance, I knew what to expect price-wise. He threw in my two front door narrow width windows. Lee was incredibly thorough and meticulous in his efforts, which included not only cleaning the windows, but brushing the screens and window channels clean. Two things I wasn't prepared for - one, was Lee's knowledge of the windows themselves. He informed me that several of my windows had seals which had 'popped' (I only was aware of one or two) and he also provided advice about redirecting my sprinklers away from certain windows. I really appreciated his suggestions. The second thing I was not prepared for was the time commitment. Because this was the first time I had both outside AND inside windows done, I did not know how much time to allow. Lee arrived just before 8 am and left around 12:30 pm - this included one brief 15 minute break for him. If you're trying to plan for other errands or activities, I might suggest asking Lee to cover the inside first. I would definitely recommend Lee, Kat, and Nothing But Windows.

It went as I had hoped it would. We had moved our nightstands away from our bedroom windows to make room for the cleaning and Lee returned them to their original place when he had finished cleaning them. This was totally unexpected. I can't think of any dos and don'ts. He took care of everything.

He was great, did a fantastic job, removed all screens on my windows and you can't beat the price! Will definitely use him again in the future.

Kat contacted me about an hour or two after submitting payment. We scheduled an appointment for the following week. On the day of the appointment, Lee was running a bit late but Kat kept me informed as to when he would be there. He showed up 4pm and completed all outside windows and screens before he left at about 8 pm. We set up another appointment for the following Sunday for him to complete the inside windows. Overall, it was a great expereince. I would definately recommend to others. Lee (who is the owner) is a really nice guy and very personable and Kat (his wife) very professional and kept me informed about the delay and when he would be here.

They never showed up. She was very nice, but the company became overbooked and we never heard back from them. As it turns out, she emailed me but it went to my spam filter.

Lee was on time, professional, courteous, thorough, we determined together which windows were to be cleaned, and did an excellent job! I would highly recommend him. He also explained what the deal included.

It was a very thorough job from start to finish.

He was very nice but we just didn't know until he came out that my windows would not fit into the criteria of the deal. He felt really badly, he even offered to clean a couple of my door windows but I couldn't let him do that for nothing.

They did a great job cleaning 26 windows and tracks. We have a 2 story home, so they had to clean the upper floor, and we have a large picture type window in our 2-story foyer. They really worked hard to do wonderful job cleaning. We had an Angie's list discount coupon so the price was fantastic too. But even without the coupon, I would highly recommend Nothing But Windows. They provided service far above and beyond what I expected. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Lee came out to the house and was very courteous. Before starting, he came to the door and asked if I had any special needs. I told him to be very careful around my perennial beds with the ladder,and he was. Before he left, he asked if I was satisfied with the work, and seem to be genuinely concerned about my opinion. I will definitely give him a call in the future.
