The technician showed up on time and went right to work. He did the outside windows and then used booties when he came inside to protect our home. A great job was done - the windows sparkle!

The online scheduling process is great. I rarely want to talk to anyone to handle simple task as making an appointment. The technician arrived on time and was pleasant and professional. My coupon didn't indicate that my deal was for only 12 windows. So, I was a little shocked when the technician told me about it. I must have overlooked the fine print on the website somehow. I have never had my windows cleaned before. So, I was shocked at the method used to count windows. It didn't seem fair that a large window counted as two windows but a tiny side panel window or a tiny half-moon shaped window counted as a full window. The technician performed the work quickly which allowed me to get on with the rest of my day. I would use them again if another deal was presented as the overall price, quality and customer service was great.

I purchased a Big Deal from Nothing But Windows on a Friday and Cat's communication was prompt and professional. Since my house had more windows than the Big Deal was for, she provided an accurate estimate and was able to schedule someone to come out the following day. Oscar (I believe?) showed up on time and was also very professional. He had some problems getting the screens off and explained the issue to me and asked if it was acceptable to leave the screens on while cleaning. I told him that was fine and he got right to work. He was fast and efficient and the end results were great. I definitely feel we got great service at a great price and won't hesitate to use them again.

Since we built our home 2 1/2 years ago, we were not able to get all of our windows and glass door cleaned to our satisfaction. When we saw Nothing But Windows coupon, we contacted them to schedule a date and time. From the very beginning they were very nice and professional. Kat was very helpful in explaining the service and pricing. Lee was the technician (also the owner) who provided the services and needless to say we were more than pleased. Lee took the time to clean all windows and glass door of our two story home and explained to us what he encountered while cleaning the windows. Once Lee was done we could tell how different, cleaned, and sparkling the windows looked. Immediately, we made the decision to have Lee come in every six months to have our windows and glass door cleaned.

The experience was a very positive one.

Overall, the service went well. Although I had some initial confusion around the number of windows in the package I purchased, the team was very professional and helpful at clearing up the confusion to my satisfaction. After the service was complete, the windows looked great and there was no trace of a mess left behind.

We had to reschedule a couple times due to personal issues and they were very accomodating. The young man arrived on time, worked very hard for a full 4 hours and my windows are cleaner than they have been in a long time. He did his best on the screens and tracks. Our screens are not removable which hindered him a bit. However, he made great effort to clean the tracks. Our total cost for the service was $99 plus the tip my husband gave to the window cleaner. We will definitely call them again.

Oscar arrived on time. We reviewed job to be done. He cleaned windows, outside first, then inside. When he came inside, he wore booties over his shoes which is always a plus. We will use this company again and I have already referred them to neighbors.

Arrived on time. Went throughout the house and gave me a very accurate and good price, considering I was asking for several extra types of windows. He did a spectacular job. He worked very hard to get my windows clean. They had not been cleaned for many, many years. He did not comment on how dirty they were, but I could see the hard work he was putting in. Took several hours but stayed at the price he quoted. The windows are so clean, you can hardly tell that you are looking through windows. My house looks like a completely different house. He was so honorable, I will use them again and regularly.

I was a little concerned when he was 30 min. late but he totally redeemed himself with his work! He was very polite and when I asked him to clean the inside windows first he didn't have a problem with my request. He worked very diligently and did an excellent job! We were very satisfied and would definitely would refer this company and use them again!

I bought the Big Deal and called to schedule an appointment. Cat was really helpful and able to fit me in the schedule pretty quickly. I appreciated the appointment confirmation and reminder emails. Lee arrived right on time, did a quick walk around the house, and got started. The Big Deal was for up to 12 windows, which I have. Lee didn't even charge extra to clean a sliding glass door. My windows hadn't been cleaned in years and I really appreciate the extra time and care that Lee took to ensure that they sparkled. Lee takes pride in his company and his work, and it shows. I am very satisfied and will definitely recommend Lee to others.

Ordered the big deal and spoke to Cat on the phone, very polite and helpful ! I received a confirmation email and then a reminder email which was great. Lee arrived a few minutes early and he did a walk around right away and advised the price would be more as I had more windows than the deal allowed but I knew this was going to be the case. He explained why and broke it down for me then asked if I wanted to continue, no pressure at all, he also did my two glass doors for free ! It was $119 for inside and out. He did a super job, he really cared about his work and his business and it showed. He was also very kind to my dog who wanted to make friends which I appreciated. I will definately use again and recommend.

Tech arrived at 9:00 a.m. for a 1:00 p.m. appointment I bought the inside/outside window cleaning special for $66.00, saw no mention of how many windows this covered, turned out to be 12 windows. My house has 28 windows, I paid an additional $160.00 to have all windows done. Tech, Oscar, was extremely nice and professional. My windows look wonderful and I would recommend this company with just a word of reservation, be sure you know what you are buying.

Purchased Big Deal from Angie's List. All communication was done via email. The company owner came on Saturday morning to clean the windows. He was very friendly and did a great job. It took longer than expected because of paint overspray on the exterior, and I ended up having to rush him at the end because we had to leave due to previously scheduled appts. I wish I had allowed more time so I could QC and have him pick up a couple of items I noticed but oh well. Definitely got out $$$s worth and I would use them again.

Overall, this company earned an A+.
