Nothing But Windows

excellent job. I was not home when the window cleaner came, so I will tell you what I learned from my wife. The worker arrived prompty and inventoried the number and sizes of our windows. Getting the okay to proceed, he went right into cleaning, inside and out. Most of the windows were included in the initial Angie's Special price for which we ordered, but we ended up spending an additional $150 for the full complement of windows. He cleaned up any accidental spills (if there were any) and our windows sparkle in the sunlight now!

I gave Cat a call a few days prior to the completion of the flooring project to give her a heads up. I called her again when the floors were complete and she had us on the schedule for the next day. They showed up at the appointed time (even earlier as I recall); provided an estimate and got to work immediately. The owner came by to help; ran to Lowes to get supplies; and quickly returned. Within about two hours, we had the high interior walls wiped down and a majority of the windows cleaned (at my request, they skipped some of the windows that would need to be cleaned again after we finished all our projects). While I needed the windows cleaned, I really needed the walls wiped down to keep the remodel on schedule, so their responsiveness was very much appreciated. Even though I asked them to concentrate on the highest walls, they wiped down most of the single-story rooms while they were at it. Overall, I was pleased with the work and how responsive they were. Because they were able to work us in on a Friday, we were able to get painters in on the following Tuesday. It was a huge relief and allowed me to save time/energy for other items on my to-do list.

He showed up on time and estimated the final cost and got to work right away. He made sure everything was done exactly the way I wanted it .

They were great, and we will definitely use them again. They arrived on time, got right to work, and did a fantastic job. They even cleaned the window sills without being asked which was nice. Furthermore, they provided a detailed estimate which left no surprises in regards to the final cost of the service.

The windows were clean in no time. Some had a lot of baked on dirt from power washing a nearby fence, and it was all removed. Excellent service and will use again.

The window service person seemed professional and very nice. He cleaned inside and outside of many windows, not all our windows - based on price I wanted to pay. Windows were cleaned well. In the front office, he forgot to clean the inside of one window, which I noticed after he left. I just cleaned it - as opposed to calling him back. He included the glass panel patio door in his window "count", so I am glad I caught that and asked him to not clean the patio door, and clean another window instead. Patio doors are easy for me to clean myself. When inside the house, while the tech raised the 2" blind unit in a bedroom, the entire blind unit fell. The blinds fell to the floor and put a nice one inch "chip" in the wood floor. I repaired after he left with wood filler. The blinds that fell were also damaged. The top portion (valance part) was bent. If memory serves...I believe I told him to leave the blinds alone (on the floor) and I would take care of re-hanging. There was only one tech and I knew it would take 2 to re-hang and he did not have a ladder inside...I wanted to deal with it myself and not have any more mishaps. He did not offer to repair the damage to floor or blinds or offer a discount (to compensate) for the damage. He said "I'm sorry" and genuinely felt bad that it happened. I felt badly as well, and had a "these things happen" attitude about it, at the time. After the tech left, my husband and I were challenged to get it re-hung, due to the bend in the top valance. Once hung, the blinds on one side do not open. Meaning, when the cord is pulled, the blinds are stuck on closed position. Basically, broken. Due to this unfortunate experience, even though our windows were cleaned well, I will not use this company again and can't recommend them.

Purchased a window cleaning special and contractor contacted me shortly after to arrange appointment. We set a work date and time. Contractor arrived timely with all tools and supplies necessary and started to work. He was very careful and prompt, completing the work within his estimated time and he did a very neat, thorough job. He also took great care to not let my dogs escape from the house. It was great to have clean windows again.

We set up a date and time, and the gentlemen arrived on time. They counted the number of windows that were to be cleaned, and they told me exactly what the cost would be. They worked on the exterior of the house cleaning the outside of all windows first. Then, they cleaned the interior of the windows. They were very professional, and they were extremely thorough in their work. I was extremely pleased with their work. I'll definitely use them again in the future.

They owner of the company came to the house as scheduled and on time. He move what he needed to clean the windows and put everything back in place. I will use this company agian.

Received Confirmation from Angie's List my purchase was complete. I called NBW to schedule appt. They called me back within a few minutes to confirm schedule/appt. NBW arrived and completed task.

I have many windows and they did both exterior and interior. I don't think the windows had been cleaned in ages so it was a tough job and they turned out beautiful! There was a large window they were not able to get to because of trees and they called me right away to let me know that and deducted an amount from the bill. Very professional.
