Nothing But Windows

I was happy with their service. Everything was good, the guy did a good job. The service guy was very thorough, careful and made sure his feet were clean. He was very respectful the way he moved furniture.

Arrived on time on Saturday morning and began cleaning the exterior of the windows. Then moved inside to clean the interiors. It took about 6 hours to clean 40+ windows and 2 french doors. At the end, even my hubby noticed the windows were 'shinier' as he drove up to the house. Now that they are so clean we can tell which windows have broken seals! Due to the price, definitely not something I would do often but I'd definitely call them back in 3 or so years when it's time to get all the windows cleaned again.

Cost of service is a guess. It's been too long and I don't remember. They were punctual and did a good job. I have a 2 story house so it took some time to do. I was satisfied with the service. He took pride in his work and was a hard worker.

It went fine. I paid a little extra money to get the bottom of the windows cleaned. We had to reschedule twice because of rain but we had no problems with that. I would recommend them.

The service was ok for the price however it taught me a lesson that you always need to read the details of the service. When the gentleman arrived he immediately told me that he would only do 19 windows and we had more that would cost $10 each extra window. He left a receipt on the counter with the words "GRATUITY " highlighted in caps. I told him to just do the paid for amount. After he left I found water drips all over the hardwoods and furniture where he had been. I gave him $20 cash which I really would not have done if I had looked closer at the mess. I received an Angie's List Big Deal for window cleaning from Nothing But Windows. I bought the deal. That afternoon I was contacted by the Nothing But Windows representative and I scheduled the cleaning. On the day before the cleaning I received an email notification confirming the service. On the morning of the service the team was on site at the designated time. My house has more windows than were covered by the Big Deal (which I knew ahead of time) so they gave me a written estimate to clean all the windows. I liked the price and the team got to work. The windows look great! I would definitely recommend Nothing But Windows to all my friends and neighbors.

Excellent service all the way through. Cleaner did an excellent job and was very fast too!

When calling they gave a estimate over the phone for the approx. amount of windows. Reason for approx is because they will combine two small windows for the price of one window instead of charging them all separately. When he arrived he was 15 minutes early and went around and gave the official price and told you the price right up front. That was the price he stuck with through the whole cleaning. It took an above average amount of time for him to complete the windows only due to the fact of never having the windows cleaned in years and being coated in thick layers of grime and dust. The price still stayed the same no matter he had to work longer and harder at our windows and was great to know there were no hidden costs and he did not slack on the job just cause it was harder. Also let us know of any damage to the windows or things that would normally go unnoticed, but was let known by him during the cleaning. Great guy, great service, great price, and two thumbs up!

Scheduled with owner after buying Big Deal. Tech showed up as scheduled. Windows were cleaned very well. Great service and great deal.

Great job on cleaning window. We end up to pay more for the windows because some big windows are conuted as two.

He did a good job. They were on time. There was a small problem with the big deal but he met me at a reduced price for cleaning more windows.

Great experience! Lee arrived before the scheduled time and was very thorough in his estimate for the work. He covered his shoes when working inside and was very mindful of my landscaping when cleaning the exterior windows. I have never had my windows cleaned by anyone other than myself or husband and was very satisfied. I highly recommend Lee!

They were great on the phone when I called to schedule. Everyone was courteous, friendly and professional. I hope they never lose that touch. Tech showed up a little early but that was fine. He was efficient and extremely pleasant.

They were very helpful in explaining and defining the size of the windows to be cleaned. The serviceman made sure to count the windows before he began washing to confirm that the price estimated on the phone was correct. Since I had some small windows, they counted 2 smalls as one large which helped on the pricing. They even counted my french doors as windows. The serviceman was courteous, on time, and made sure that the work was done to my satisfaction before he left. Everything was done in a timely manner, efficiently, and with very little interruption to my day. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to all my friends.

When I called to get an appointment, the company could not work us in when I hoped they could. However, they had a cancellation and then called me and offered a sooner date, which I gladly accepted. The technician arrived promptly and got to work. He was very good and efficient. I liked the fact that Rain-X and a bug repellant was applied along with the cleaning solution. I was, however, a bit unhappy with the charges for additional windows as it wasn't explained to me beforehand. Still, I would use them again.

It went well. He was on time, polite and friendly. He even apologized about the windows he couldn't clean (the seals on the window had failed and there was condensation inside the window)

We were contacted me and we set the date and time. They were exactly on time, professional, efficient and our windows were completely finished to our satisfaction in about 1/2 the time we expected. We had more than the 20 windows offered in the special, so there was an additional charge for the remaining windows. This is a very good company and we will use them again.

When the technicians came they were professional and very personable and pleasant . They went out of their way to do a great job and the results were outstanding .
