Nothing But Windows

They did a decent job. I had one extra window and they went ahead and through it in for free. The guy that came over, Kyle, was extremely friendly and professional. He was in and out pretty quickly. I would recommend them to someone else.

Everything was fine and it went okay. The guy who came was very good. He was very careful to not to get anything on my carpets. And so he wore the sock-things that they wear when they come in to work on your home, and so I appreciated that. Because sometimes they don't and so it makes it kind of difficult sometimes. He was very thorough.

The service was excellent. Two men who I believe were the owners were very prompt on arrival time. They took a walk around the premises to see how many windows I had and how many had screens. They removed the screens and cleaned and replaced them as part of the package deal. Both men were very professional and explained that they used Rain-X application (as this was during the stormy month) and if I saw any spots after the rain to call them and they would come back and redo the windows. Much to my disbelief, my windows are still clean and there are no spots!! Everything they told me was the absolute truth. I highly recommend their services and will definitely call them again.

The gentleman was on time and went through the entire home to confirm the price prior to doing any work. He cleaned all of our windows and doors, inside and out, also using RainX on the exteriors. The service was completed in a timely manner and the technician was very polite. We would definitely use this company again in the future.

Oscar called before arriving, as requested. Counted the windows and then we discussed also, the cleaning of the fan lights and other high fixtures in the foyer and dining room. He cleaned the outside windows first and then worked inside. The windows were long overdue for a cleaning and required "stronger scrubbing" at times. He then cleaned all the fan light globes and the foyer and dining room fixtures, as well. I was disappointed that he could not complete two upstairs casement windows due to a minimal expanse of the roof at that location and the fact that it was wet from a light drizzle that occurred . I would certainly love it if, at a later time, he could do so but I would not want him to jeopardize his safety to do so. He pointed out some windows in the kitchen that were leaking a little moisture between the panes. Minimal at this time. Oscar was courteous and performed the duties conscientiously.

The employee came as scheduled. Work completed and checked by a relative staying here. She saw no problems.

We loved the job they did on our windows. Some windows were on second floor level and they handled it no problem. Very happy with their work and quality. Will use them again.

Very impressed with the company. it's a husband-and-wife team... Wife came out and gave complete estimate and nothing changed with the estimate except a couple of the windows were storm (or double paned something like that so $8 or $10 more (cannot remember exactly). Husband and another person did the cleaning.. were here hours and excellent - very thorough - work. Will use them again and happy to recommend to friends. Another successful "Angie's List" find!

The provider arrived promptly within the one hour arrival time. The technician introduced himself as Lee and told me what to expect. Lee walked me to the back of the gate to unlock it so he could get to the back to count and clean windows. Lee noticed that I had on a surgical shoe that got all muddy from the wet grass and he told me that he would check his truck to find me some shoe covers. Lee then proceeded going aroung the house on the outside and counted all the windows. I had originally paid for 20 windows but a had a few extra windows. The cost of the extra windows was $30.00. Later on my doorbell rung and it was Cat, Lee's wife who came and brought me some shoe covers. Lee who is the owner of the company, to my surprise called his wife and asked that she bring me some shoe covers. I was so impressed with this gesture! They were both concerned about my foot. I felt like I had known them for a longtime. Lee started cleaning the outside first then came on the inside. Lee moved the couch so that he could get to he windows in the family room and I noticed that I needed to clean behind the couch so he left it out after he finished the windows and I cleaned it then he moved the couch back when I was done. The job took about 3 - 4 hours. I was so excited to have clean windows that I told Lee that I will get them cleaned twice a year. Lee and Cat were both very professional and great to talk too. They were fast and efficient and I was very pleased with the service.

I bought the deal through angies list to clean my windows for $99. As per the deal, they clean 20 windows. Due to intermittent rains and my tight schedules I was able to schedule the work after 3 rain outs. The guy came and counted all windows. Since I have too many windows, I did not want to spend more I limited myself to 20 windows. He cleaned up all windows and I asked him if he would clean the spacing between the window and screen. He said he would charge additional for each window. I agreed to that. He cleaned it..But when I checouked each window, there was still dust collected in the space. When I ask him, he would wipe it with a paper towel. I expected that he takes care of everything without me looking through each window. I woudn't have paid $2 per window for that kind of work. I am not happy with that. Otherwise window cleanup went well.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine but it actually started to rain so the next day, my windows were spotty again. It was not anything they did. The windows looked great for minutes. I had to be home. I do plan on using them again because he did do a really good job. They coordinated it with my schedule. They did a great job. My house is small so I think the pricing should be by square footage instead of number of windows. I have three very small windows that take 30 seconds to clean and each were considered as separate windows.

Two guys showed up just when they said they would, they looked over the job site (I have a large two story house with lots of windows), they estimated the total cost minus what I had already paid for via Angie's list. I agreed to that price and they went to work. They worked with steady efficiency and did a fantastic job in a very timely fashion. They left the house looking far better than what they found it. They did not trample bushes or garden beds and did not leave any messes behind. In fact when they left I had a significantly more visibility and light coming in through my windows. I highly recommend them to anyone who has a big or small window cleaning project they need to have done.

Originally scheduled for Tuesday but, bad storms were expected at the same time as our service was scheduled. NBW called that morning and said that they had provisions in place in case that happened and rescheduled for Thursday. I was worried because we are putting our house on the market and had other contractors scheduled all week. Thursday, we had the carpet cleaned but, window washer was outside while Dalworth was inside so there was no problem.

It was really good, very good. I have referred them already. They had a great attention to detail.

They arrived on time and worked until they were finished. We have a large house with lots of windows (some extending from the first floor to the top of the second floor) and some were stained by our well water used for irrigation. They got them all spotless. We were very pleased!

Quoted $99 for exterior cleaning of 20 windows and $5 per solar screen to remove and clean. Once here, they said since I have French Windows, the price must change. They would do only 13 windows for that price or increase the price for the 20. Why was that not a question when quoting? They asked about the solar screens. I am extremely unhappy and feel that they have unscrupulous business practices.
