Nothing But Windows

We have a lot of windows so it can get expensive but they did a great job of working with us. They did a great job on the windows and were very professional and friendly.

Initially, I did have difficulty in scheduling with them, and had to have Angie's List assist in getting contact. I attempted to schedule the service on Saturday, since they indicated they have Saturday hours. They said that was not an available time slot, if I had known that, I would not have purchased this deal. So we scheduled it for a weekday.They came and performed the work while I was out of the house. When I returned home, I noticed that the worst window (gets hit with the weather the most) looked exactly the same. I started to look at everything more closely, and noticed that there were other windows that had not been cleaned. I was really disappointed that they had done such a poor job, and that I had paid for this poor of service. They had called and told me that the additional windows would be an extra cost, but had then never touched them.

Went well. My only complaint is that the charge for the extra windows was more than the original cost of the included windows

Once again they were great. This is the second time I used them and they were professional, prompt, clean and did a great job. My windows look beautiful!

Follow up to my call was quick and first appointment was scheduled right away. The owner's son came to do the job but when he discovered the number of storm windows, decided that his dad needed to be on the job. It took a bit longer to schedule Lee, but it was WELL WORTH the wait. Lee and his helper worked carefully and hard for most of a day. I honestly didn't know my windows could be so clean. I scheduled put my house on their call-back list for 9-12 months. The storms won't have to be redone so the cost will be less than half at that point. All aspects were EXCELLENT, from timely communication to completing the job with everything back as it was and wonderfully clean windows. I can't recommend them highly enough.

The windows that were cleaned were done well. The screens were not cleaned all that well however. The technician had a professional demeanor and was helpful in pointing out some issues with my windows that I need to addressed with the warranty. Unfortunately, there was some damage to the top of my buffet. I got some push back about this from the contact at this company. We decided we wanted to refinish this piece of furniture to another color anyway, so I decided against having this window company fix the places where the finish was taken off.

I was preparing to put my house on the market and needed the windows cleaned so when I saw the deal I jumped on it. I was able to get an appointment quickly at a time that was convenient for me. The man who came to the house was prompt and pleasant. He scrubbed the windows and used a squeegee to wipe them off. The glass looked great when he was finished. They were clean and there were no streaks. There was one window that had a little water left on the window sill, but I didn't notice until after the man was gone. The windows were not opened during the process so the frame was not cleaned inside where dirt tends to accumulate. I should note that I didn't raise the issue at the time because I was doing other things and not watching closely. I don't know if that was supposed to be included or if it would have been extra. I suggest that future customers get that clarified ahead of time.

The service was great. There were no additional charges to the big deal I purchased. I believe the owner was the one out here. He was a very pleasant guy. He was very talkative explaining the whole process very well. They got the work and got it done.

Showed up on time. Worked quickly and efficiently. Did good job; made certain that we were satisfied with work. Very polite.

We purchased a Big Deal so we did have to wait since they became very busy, which wasn't a problem for us. We wound up adding a few windows to the deal which increased the cost a little but it was still a great deal and they did an excellent job. We will certainly use them again the next time we need windows cleaned.

I purchased an Angie’s List Big Deal for this service and they are A's all the way. I will use them again and it was all fine, nothing unusual.

My call to schedule the window cleaning was promptly returned. Lee was fantastic. The number of windows in our two-story house exceeded the number in Angie's List deal. Lee gave us the total cost before he started. He said the job would take a couple of hours. He spent close to four. I expected the windows to look pretty good, and they turned out great. I wasn't sure what to expect for window track cleaning. When Lee got done, the tracks looked amazing. I would definitely use Nothing But Windows again and would recommend them to friends and family.

The original crew scheduled for my project had a family emergency and notified me via email and phone before my appointed time. They made arrangements for another crew member to take over two hours later. Oscar arrived on time, introduced himself and finished in about an hour. He was friendly, neat and very courteous. I would recommend Nothing but Windows to everyone who dislikes cleaning windows as much as I do. I will use them again! Thank you Cat, Thank you Oscar!
