Personnel super nice and friendly. Good communication via phone and through Angie's list. I didn't receive a couple of email I was suppose to receive, though. Invoice states boldly that gratuities are appreciated. I was unable to be present for inspection when they first cleaned the windows, so they returned today for some touch-ups.

Received estimate from company. Seems reasonable.

Cat came out and estimated the job. She stayed in contact with us to schedule the work around some painting work and October rain storms. The crew arrived on time as agreed. They did a thorough and careful job of cleaning the windows. They were especially careful working around the landscaping and plantings. We plan to use NBW again for future windo cleaning.

He is so thorough every time he comes out and our windows look great. We will hire him again and again.

The man came with everything he needed and spent a couple of hours. The result was bright and shining windows. A few days later I discovered two small smudges that I cleared easily. Otherwise it was perfect!

Appointment easy to schedule. Oscar actually arrived early and informed what he was going to do as far as starting outside and how long everything would take. Windows look fantastic.

He arrived promptly and was quite courteous. He did a thorough job inside and out. Some of my windows have a sunblocking film on the outside and unfortunately the tools he used scratched them up to where it even shows through to the inside. I would use him again but ask that a rag instead of a squeegee be used on those windows.

We were not pleased with the services they provided. The window cleaner appeared to use some type of steel wool to clean portions of our windows leaving small scratches on them.

They did a good job and no complaints at all. We paid for extra windows and it ended up for a total of $130. We knew we had extra windows because they had a limited windows. It was at least 30 windows. They were good.

They were absolutely great. I called and left a voice mail, they returned my call right away and we set the appointment. The weather was so cold yesterday and I asked them if they really want to come. They said they will wait for a couple of hours till it warm up a little bit more. The technician was very kind, thorough and very careful. I think he did a great job, the windows look great.

They came out and cleaned every window for me. They also did the window sills and those were $4.00 a piece and some of them were just wiped, he did not get the corners and he cleaned the screen. When they cleaned the windows he did the inside and outside. It took one guy about 3-4 hours. He cleaned about 33 windows. He did bring his own supplies and the treatment is a rain protector too.

There was a mix up about the price. It was more expensive than what we anticipated so we had to do less than what we originally wanted the window guy to do. We have windows with a top and a bottom. The bottom raises up and that is what opens the window and we were thinking of that as one window and he counted it as two. So, $100 did not cover as many windows as we thought it would. Basically, he counted every pane of the window as a whole window. According to his calculations we had double the number of windows that we thought we had so we ended up having him just do the front of the house because we did not want to pay double or triple the amount of the deal. We also have some bay windows that have four sections, two windows in the middle and two windows on each side, and he counted that as eight windows. I would not recommend that guy because his prices are misleading.

It was fine. There were a lot of add-on charges that weren't disclosed in the special offer.

They were good. They were courteous and patient. They cleaned the windows, did a good job and left.

He was polite and punctual. The Deal offered on Angie's list was for 25 windows. I have 12 windows. There was no deal available for such a small condo. He did clean the second story windows and gave useful advice on what I could use to clean the inside windows.

The owner arrived at the time expected and was very courteous and hard working. Our windows are so clean it doesn't even look like there is glass in them! We were given the option for later cleanings (every four months, six months, etc.) at a very reasonable price. There was no pressure to make the decision at the time of our first cleaning, but we will definitely use this service in the future. We highly recommend this company based on our very positive experience.

I sent up an appointment several months in advance. When the date came, they did not come and when I called they had no record of me setting the appointment. The owner was very nice about it and we rescheduled. I realize that every one can make a mistake. She was very apologetic. I had set the appointment so far in advance and should have realized that there was a problem when I did not receive a confermation email the day or tow before. The window cleaner was on time for the rescheduled appointment and professional. The price I had payed for the windows did not incluce the window screens, but I was not informed of this until after the job was done and I noticed that the windows still looked dirty. If the screens are dirty it doesn't matter how clean the window are! Duhh! I had to remove the screens from the most visible areas of the house. I wish he would have asked me if I wanted to have the screens removed or if he wanted me to pay extra to have him wash the screens so that when people look out, they see the out doors- not bugs and crap stuck to a screen. I realize that is bait and switch to have a client pay for a service and then tell them it's extra if they really want it done right, but I would rather have that than to pay money and not have the job done at all. I felt foolish when I realized that all I had to do was to remove the screens on all my windows then the windows would have been %99 cleaner looking. Also the guy said that he would email me the number of a person who could replace one of my failed treated windows that their company recomends. He never sent the information. I shouldn't be surprised.
