+ -1 moreIt went well: Kevin was willing to listen to a fellow computer experts pre-diagnosis, which cut short the amount of time he spent before doing the data transfer. In addition to the aforementioned, the fact that he comes to your place of work/home to do the repair, cuts short the amount of productive time lost because of an unusable PC. Kevin was also flexible and willing to give on the fly discounts. I also bought the data transfer cable he used for the data transfer from him.
