I have used MRB Property Services 4 times in the last 4 months. He has fixed up other contractors messes. I specifically had him work at our premises when an electrician was coming to check out a light fitting. The electrician tried to con me out of a fair amount of money. David from MRB was able to pin point the issue! It cost $9 to repair vs electricians $300. David is upfront, honest and very prompt - these are all traits one needs in suppliers these days. I would definitely hire him again and have recommended him to several neighbors already.

The job was done on a flexible schedule, professional manor, and on time resulting in a much needed bathroom repair.

David Bale was hired to clean, fix the grout, caulk and seal the master shower. He was punctual and did not waste any time with the project. He was very professional, courteous, and did a great job. He answered all my questions. I plan to use him for other "handyman" services.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It worked great. I really liked the guy. It was a good experience. He came on time and we talked about the scope of the project because we needed some material. He went to buy the material. He told me it could exceed the 3 hours on the Big Deal. Everything was fine. I didn't have any problems.

It went great although the project took an unexpected turn from re-grouting and re-caulking a shower to completely redoing it. I enlisted MRB Property Services to re-grout and re-caulk a tile shower as part of a Angieslist Big Deal. I scheduled an appointment with owner David Bale who showed up promptly at the agreed upon time. David and I discussed what I was trying to accomplish which was replace all the cracked and missing grout and caulking in my master bath shower. After looking at the shower, David pointed out symptoms that indicated that some of the tiles were not attached well likely due to water being behind them. We agree that David would proceed removing tile that seemed loose or needing re-cementing. David did a great job and was able to remove most of the tile without breaking them. Eventually, David had removed about 20% of the tile in the shower and opened up several sizable holes. We then begin to talk about how the repair would be done, what caused the damage in the first place and the possibility of redoing the shower in several different ways. David was most helpful in offering suggestions as to how the shower could be repaired and the options available to redo the shower which was not something I had got my mind around yet since I still had in my mind .... just doing some re-grouting. <:) To shorten this story, (1) I chased several avenues of repairing and redoing the shower completely, (2) brought several more Angieslist tile companies into the picture to quote repair and redo, (3) eventually decided that re-tiling the shower was the most economical alternative even though I wanted to use some solid surface solution, (4) solicited bids from several Angieslist companies, (5) gave David a chance to bid the job but he declined and at this juncture (5) I am about to award a contract to another Angieslist company.

I purchased the big deal coupon for this service. I didn’t spend anything more than the big deal amount. He was nice. He was on time and efficient. He did a great job.

Everything went very well. I am very pleased with the shower and the grouting. And I was very appreciative of the information David provided about how the other areas were improperly installed and recommended solutions to resolve them. The recommendations would not require more grouting instead I needed to have the carpeting stretched and properly tacked where it met the tile in the bath and the kitchen. I would have no problem using David again. He is very knowledgable about not only tile installation and restoration but also on general repairs and improvements to resolve the other problems.

That was very good. They did a good job. I don't recall the price. He was reliable and fast. He did good quality work.

He arrived promptly. He looked over the area that needed the work. Made recommendations. Completed the work on the shower. Looked 100% better. We were pleased with the outcome.

It went very well overall. Although, the job was delayed for a day due to scheduling at their company. But the did call to tell me and was right on time the next day. Steve, did a great job. He was thorough, professional, and experienced. The $170 amounted to labor and materials as well. The job took a bit longer due to the posts being next to a gate.

Purchased the Angie's deal. Called the next day; phone call was returned promptly. Appointment was set; services were delivered on time, efficiently and with good work. No upselling of other services. I would use again!

It went really well. He telephoned me to let me know he'd be late, which I appreciated. He did a great job repairing some areas of grout and re-caulking bathroom and kithchen areas, and he cleaned up the areas he worked in. I would definitely use him again. He was friendly and provided good advice.

Efficient. Great quality of work. Excellent clean up. Extremely professional. I can't say enough good things about David. I gave him very general directions and he exceeded my expectations (which, based on previous feedback from AL, were already high) I would (and will) use him again in a heartbeat and highly recommend him.

We had more work than the time allowed under the Angie's List Big Deal Coupon. We were satisfied with the price for the additional work. We were given a lot of advice and tips on other potential projects. The conversation was not included in the billable time. The work looks good.

David was punctual and completed the job in 2 hours. He was informative as to what he was doing and at his request I inspected his work as each section was completed. While he was working on the master shower he discovered a tile was loose and inside the shower the bottom row of grout/caulk was pulling away from the tiles. Because we were almost out of time for the special and I did not have the proper materials to replace the tile and caulk during this visit we did schedule another visit which will be in a few days. I would definitely hire MRB Property services again ( especially since I already have).

David is always prompt - I have used him 3 times already and will continue to use him going forward. He does not mess you around, he is straight up.

Overall it went great I wanted the shower back in top shape and he did a great job, and I have him set to come out again to work on the Front bathtub/shower for some repair and re-grout in a week.

Everything went great! From the moment I first attempted to establish service and make an appointment, David was attentive and responsive. He arrived on time, was cheerful, articulate, friendly, polite, and well-groomed. Before starting, we walked around the house so I could point out the things that needed fixing. He thoroughly explained the process he would use to strip the old caulking in our shower, clean the joints with alcohol, and reseal with new silicone caulk. I was concerned about water getting into a bench in our shower, so he pulled the marble seat up to check, explained to me the way it was structured to prevent water damage, and resealed it. I was very appreciative of him taking the time to put my mind at ease. He carried all the necessary caulking and repair materials on his truck, so I didn't have to worry about a dash to the store. After completing the shower caulking, David took care of several other things for us, including a nail pop in the ceiling of our guest bedroom, loose clothing rails in our master closet, and the installation of cabinet hardware in our kitchen and two bathrooms. In just a couple of hours, he was able to take care of just about everything! He had drywall mud on his truck to repair the nail pop, and he reinforced the closet racks since the builder had missed the studs. He easily and quickly installed the cabinet hardware in kitchen and 2 bathrooms. When he discovered that the screws included in the drawer pulls were too short, he volunteered to run to the store to get what he needed. I had to leave for an appointment, so we scheduled a follow-up a couple of days later so he could finish the cabinet hardware installation. Again, he arrived on-time (early, in fact!) and was prepared and ready to go. Both times, he was neat and tidy, cleaning up after himself with a shop vac and leaving no trace that work had been done. When I've hired workmen in the past, I've often been left with muddy boot prints in my shower, clutter, and dust all over the place. When David was finished, everything was spotless. In addition to the $99 I paid to Angie's List, the total bill for the rest of the visit came to about $150.00. I thought that was a great price, especially considering that he had to come back twice. His work is wonderful. The shower looks great, the nail pop is undetectable, the closet racks are sturdy, and the cabinet hardware looks terrific! I'm super happy with everything, and we will definitely be calling David again! I HIGHLY recommend his services!

David was prompt - which is a huge indicator of the ethics of a contractor - and walked through the house looking at the issues needing attention. His attention to detail was great, he was extremely neat and worked swiftly. He gave me some ideas for other issues I have and I would not hesitate to use him again. He also showed me errors in the calking that could cause issues down the line, and also rectified them.

David Bale was punctual and acted professionally. He did a thorough job as he cleaned the tiles in my shower first before regrouting. His pricing for the job was lower that other estimates I have received. Overall, I was very pleased with Mr. Bale's work and will recommend him to my neighbors and friends without any hesitation.

This was the third time David has been to our house and we are even more pleased than before. He always calls even if he will be only a few minutes late. He comes prepared with the proper equipment and good ideas how to solve the problem. He completes each job in a timely way but being sure that it is done right and the way we want it to work or look. We certainly trust his judgment and honesty. I am so pleased that I have gone about the house several times and just looked "once more" at all the improvements he made He also has a great attitude and pleasant personality. We are already making a list for next time!
