Description of Work: I tried several times to contact David, who was the contact on the Big Deal. The first time I made contact he was in a store and said he would call me when he left the store. No call. No problem, I've forgotten to return a call before. Tried several more times and was finally successful in making contact in mid-September. Set an appointment with David for Sept. 30, 9 AM for 3 hours work. At 10 AM I called David and left a message indicating that I was waiting for him to arrive. Once it got to be Noon I called David, left a message, and offered to re-schedule. I have yet to receive a reply.

Description of Work: The provider set a date but did not show. He then said he had a death and could not make it. I contacted him again to set a date but he did not respond in time but said later he would call. He did not. He was very confused and never got back to me.

Description of Work: He called the day of the first appt date to let me know he had to reschedule due to a family emergency he had to deal with. Daughters ac at school was out and he had to get her. This appt was scheduled 2 wks after initial conversation because that was the earliest they had available. Rescheduled the next appt for another 2 wks out because that was all he had available. Day of service he didn't call by noon so began my outside chores. He called at 1:30 left a vm saying he was on the way. Great i think. Checked msgs at 3pm and still not at the house. He didn't even drive to the location because I didn't call him back in a timely manner. This escalated to yelling match and basically would not want this excuse driven moron ever to work in my house!!! Useless unfulfilling idiot. Sorry that this deal he offered didn't work with his schedule. It sure as he!! Didn't fit mine. Stay away from this vendor. He does not want to honor his deal!!!!! Hated this experience thoroughly!!!!!

Description of Work: I purchased the deal for fence staining assuming it included the entire fence. Unfortunately, the deal only included staining a picket or two if they were replaced during their service. The guy who I spoke to was very courteous and was willing to apply the full price of the deal toward another service. He was understanding and helpful given the situation.

+ -1 moreShowed up right on time, did work above for less cost than i would have expected using another service. very talented in how he fixed a towel rack that had been torn out and I thought would be a big mess., analyzed situtaion in the bathroom tile I used his this time, because previously i'd had him over when he worked for a different conmpany and he exceeded expectaitons. I'd had him in on a coupon to refresh grout which he did, but also helped me with caulking and several repairs around the house. He can do just about anything around a house and do with professionalism and high quality standard. David is a real find for anyone needing handyman or household repair services.
Description of Work: Multiple jobs around the house - replaced a cooktop, replaced wax ring under a toilet, fixed a towel rack, did first part of the job to replace tile and board behind a shower.

+ -1 moreDavid showed up on time and ready to go. We walked around the house and identified the areas needing repair. These were due to water inclusion rotting the soffet and some facia. David figured up the materials and I left to go to home Depot. On my return he already had the largest of the repair areas stripped down and was ready to do the repair. David di excellent work. I hd some prime and was priming the repairs as soon as he was done and had moved on to the next. I had to leave for awhile and when I returned, David had finished the repair work and had then finished priming the remaining areas. All left over materials were left in the garage. I called and gave him a credit card over the phone for the work. Overall I was very pleased with the work, and with David's work ethic, professionalism, and skills. I will use him again.
