Robert is very knowledgeable and not pushy on decisions that matter. He installed my antenna in the attic rather than on the roof once he determined it was a good solution, saving me money he could have charged extra for.

The installers were very knowledgeable and were very willing to answer all my questions about where best to place the antenna and how to hook it up to my TIVO Bolt. It turned out that I needed a TIVO Bridge to connect my antenna to my MOCA home network. The installers loaned me an ethernet cable to get me up and running until my Bridge arrived. They offered to come back at no charge to hook up the Bridge, but installation was simple and I am a very happy camper. My TV picture is better with the antenna than with cable. I would use these guys again.

The installers were excellent and went out of their way to explain and fin the best way to get my house up and running. They actually found a better way to do the install and cost me less. I would highly recommend the company to everyone.

My fix turned out to be fairly simple, just rescanning channels through the tuner. Tech showed me how to perform the operation should the issue arise again.

We had all those window antennas but we never had a stable reception. We were constantly frustrated. We probably spent as much money on window antennas over the years. Robert called and explained my options and cost. We called a few other places but went back to Mr. Antenna. We asked to be called 30 mins before they arrive and they did. Alex and Chad were our installers. Very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. They installed the antenna in our attic and had to move it around several times to get the best reception. There was no hassle and it was such a smooth transaction, if we had known we would have done this sooner. Now my husband gets to watch all the old westerns. We get a ton of channels. Thank you

Arrived on time. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Found the best option for me. A coworker had taken his antenna stock from his van and he drove all the way to Frisco, from my home in Dallas, to get another one. Would use them again.
