Robert with The AV Team was FANTASTIC to work with. He called, came out, and did the installation all in the same day. We wanted our antenna installed in the attic. Robert did his research before coming out and was confident we could do it. He clearly explained his procedures and what we could expect. Robert was very knowledgeable, and was a true delight! Another company I spoke with was less confident with our attic request and seemed more interested in installing an exterior antenna. The "other company" was supposed to email me additional details but never did. Doesn't matter. Robert has already done the job and we are pleased!

Called them at 8 am on a Saturday, came over at 10 am, had a new antenna put and working by 11am. Get ready to spend $199.00 for HDTV antenna, the cheap ones will not get channel 8 with out having to rotate it {in far north dallas/ south Denton county} Just wish I would have called them first, would not have wasted $60

Robert was awesome. He was my point of contact. I didn't expect he would be being the one who came out and did the service as well. What he quoted is what he did.

Arrived promptly on time. Robert went above and beyond to diagnose the problem with connection setup of my antenna and satellite. The rate charged was very reasonable (I'd received higher phone quotes from others). Robert was very honest, told me I did not need new or additional equipment (didn't try to "sell" me anything).

Great job. Installed antenna and fed line to living room and bedroom. We now get 85 digital channels in both rooms. Roger is good at explaining what he is going to do and getting it done right.

Robert did a fantastic job! Was courteous and polite and knew how to do the job efficiently and effectively! I would recommend him to anyone needing a contractor for all audio / video installs and custom work. My project was custom and he performed it better than I had imagined. I also am happy at how he kept in touch during the time before his arrival ;-)

Robert is really a pros pro. He come prepared, and is real friendly. he told what was needed, and how much it would cost, and didn't try to ad anything that wasn't necessary. I highly recommend him, and would use him again.

Robert was professional and informative. He came to our house the day after we talked on the phone and completed the project at that time. We were so impressed with the end product. We had a difficult stone chimney with varying heights of stone protruding we wanted to mount a television on. Rob mounted the television, hid all the wires in the chimney and set our equipment back up. He even vacuumed as he went along (bonus)! We will hire him again for any AV needs we have.

He didn't try to sell me extras, and made several cost saving suggestions that made my total cost much less than I originally projected. After he install, he took time to explain everything to me, and demonstrate how it all works. And above all, his craftsmanship was magnificent! I am thrilled with the results he produced for us, and I would think of using no one else in the future

Great experience. Called in on a Saturday, and had my new TV antenna installed & hooked up by 5:30 that night. WRT price, I didn't bother with competitive bids, so I don't have a good gauge for pricing.

He did an excellent job setting up my speakers and I highly recommend him!
