Robert showed up on time and was very knowledgeable and professional. He completed the work and made sure everything was working before he left. There were no surprises in the billing and I was charged exactly the amount he said it would be before he started the job. I would recommend Robert without hesitation.

Robert is a fine professional but BUYER BEWARE. Robert charges $80 per hour and that does NOT include any materials he may need to complete the job. All he had to do was mount four speakers and drop four speaker wires through the walls to the baseboards; the speaker wire already ran under the wood floor from wall to wall. What should have been a 2-hour job took Robert four hours. AND, he charged me another $80 for 20 feet of speaker wire and four wall plates (at most $5 each). It's a shame when a small business owner seeks to hit a home run with each job. I truly feel I was ripped off.

Robert arrived right on time and quickly determined the problems with the current TV antenna. He then offered a choice of solutions, and discussed the pros and cons of each. We agreed on replacing the current antenna with a new Wineguard. Robert mounted it in the best possible location in my attic. I was installed very professionally and unobtrusively. I was only getting 33 channels before, and all had only borderline signal strength. I am now getting 93 channels, and all have excellent signal strength - Amazing! The cost was very reasonable, as well. I highly recommend The AV Team!!!

I contacted Robert for a quote to install a digital antenna in my home. He gave excellent feedback and suggestions over the phone, and was very flexible with appointment times. I went with his suggestions in the end. He was very thorough and efficient. The results were very good and very much in line with what he had projected.
