The antenna I had purchased to be installed turned out to be a bad decision as did not work at all. Robert was able to provide a replacement at a great price and saved the day. He explained what the problem was with original antenna and how the replacement was a better overall choice. Wish I had known Robert a few months back when I purchased the original antenna through internet. Robert has my highest praise and cannot say enough good things about the whole experience.
