Robert came to my house today to move my attic antenna outside. I was having intermittent reception issues due to radiant barrier. I wasn't sure how to go about doing this project, so the money spent hiring Robert to do it was money very well spent. He did excellent work, was friendly, and made very helpful recommendations. He also had very good recommendations on where to place the antenna for maximum reception, and where it wouldn't be too visible or obtrusive to neighbors who might not like the sight of an outdoor antenna. My over-the-air TV reception is now excellent, and I even picked up a few more channels I never got previously.

He did great work!! I will definitely use him again in the future.

The project was done top notch

I called the AV Team for an antenna installation. When he arrived, Robert stated that he thought based on several well detailed factors that I would need a medium to high power antenna mounted on the roof to get the signal I desired. I had wanted it in the attic, so he offered to try a high power antenna in the attic and see what kind of signal strength we got. His initial assessment was correct. After satisfying my curiosity, he mounted it on the roof quickly and efficiently. He was very courteous and informative. He also was very up front with the cost of the install.

Robert knows his stuff. Good service, professional, everything working. The only thing is I really didn't care for was the channels in the package that I could care less about. Spanish, etc. All I want is 4,5,8, 11, 13, 21, 27, 33, movie, the main ones that have some value to me. Considering more things to have Robert do in the future.
