There were some problems with the connections several times, so they had to come out about three times and I don’t know if it was their fault, but it was fine.

Wayne was very professional, punctual, and knowledeable.

Used Angie's list called several lighting co....had them come out ....gave them our budget as well as our must haves....

I wanted to take a moment and commend this company for their service and professional manner. We took advantage of one of their Angie's list big deals and at the time theycontacted us they explained that they were experiencing heavy demand for their ser i e due to the excellent response from Angie's list members and that it would be several weeks before they could schedule us in. shorftly there after they called to ask if a late Saturday appointment would wor for us as they were going to be working in the area and could come by after their scheduled jobs. Several hours before they were scheduled to come they contacted us tyo expalin that one of their jobs was running longer than anticipated and that they could reschedule Sunday rather than have us wait around all afternoon for them. They arriv ed on time Sunday, set up and performed the installation in a very short period of time and cleaned up so well you couldn't tel they had been there. We have gotten nothing but compliments for the job they did and will be using them again.

Purchased special deal for six lights. Wayne was up front about what was included in the deal and that additional lights and transformers would be extra. Wayne showed up on time and worked with me to identify how many lights and transformers would be ideal. The installation was done in about 4 hours and exceeds my expectations. I would defintely recommend Wayne and his staff and will use them for the backyard lighting project later this year.

Wayne was very professional. He arrived when he said he would and gave me the lowest bid of the three estimates that I received. It was a pleasure working with Wayne. When he ran into a problem trying to fish the wires under my sidewalk, he knocked the cost of having someone else do it off my price tag. I have nothing but positive things to say about the level of professionalism with Metroplex Lighting. If I have anything negative to say at all, it would only be in the equipment. Wayne warned me that some customers feel that the lights aren't bright enough, but after a few weeks they usually adjust and change their minds. I've only had the lights for about a week, and sure enough, I think they could be brighter. The only other complaint I have is that I wanted the lights to stay on for the entire night. I like having them on during the evening for guests, late at night for security, and early in the morning because I leave for work at 5:00 am. The lights come on at dusk but only stay on for a set number of hours rather than turning off at dawn. Everything else has been perfect and I would definitely work with Metroplex Lighting again.

After I moved into my new house, Wayne provided me with an estimate in September for my back and front yards for some much needed lighting not only for making the yard look better but for security. Although I could not afford to do the installation immediately I knew I would use him versus another company at a later time because I was so comfortable with him and felt like he knew what he was doing. Wayne stayed in touch and I was finally able to make the investment for the front yard. Wayne was professional, he provided good advice on what we needed to do and the end product was terrific! I would highly recommend him to anyone. His pricing was fair and I felt like he did not oversell me. You definitely need to consider him. He was easy to work with and very concerned about making sure I liked the work he performed. Great job!

Some of my front landscape lights went out less than 2 weeks before I was hosting a Christmas party. Metroplex Landscape Lighting was booked, but they came out on a Saturday to take care of the job. It was even forecasted to rain that day! They were extremely professional and were excellent communicators. I couldn't ask for more.

I called this company based completely on Angies List member reviews. We had a little confusion in the beginning with how many lights were to be installed - but Wayne called back and offered to install them at no charge. It was probably my fault for the misunderstanding but this company went out of their way to make certain I was happy with the job.

Excellent! Wayne came out to do estimate and the following week to perform install (delay due to electrical outlet pass-through required by his electrician and scheduling the work for that. Otherwise, he was ready to install on the first visit.) Both visits, Wayne was precisely on time. He performed the lighting install in about 1 hour and we were able to observe the transition from sun setting to darkness. Lights needed no adjustment. They looked fantastic and improved the curb appeal 150%. Pricing is beyond fair. We had a larger home before this one and we had purchased super expensive, high tech styling lights. They were constantly burning out and needing replacement bulbs and fixtures. Big waste of money when you can have decent equipment for a fraction of the price. They are all hidden anyway. Wayne says to call him if anything goes wrong. He has lived in the DFW area for over 20 years and we are confident in his word and integrity. Great to work with and we would not hesitate to recommend him.

I called Wayne the morning after all my landscape lights when out and had a very productive conversation about my problem. He correctly identified my problem over the phone, gave me a quote to fix my problem, made an appointment and arrived on time. Wow that was great! He did the work very efficiently and assured me that it was under warranty and to call him if I had concerns or problems. Was very professional, did quality work, and was punctual.

Wayne did an excellent job for a reasonable price, and we are very happy with the results. He worked with me to adjust the lighting to my satisfaction, coming back to the house twice to make sure I was happy. Definitely recommended.

Truly excellent experience. I upgraded the optional "hardware" to an oil rubbed bronze finish and had several options to choose. Wayne personally handled the installation and discussed options and potential issues for questions I asked...and I asked many. He painstakingly measured each light for precision and evaluated the glow they each provided. He was very consultative and extremely professional and proficient. I am a stickler for security and having this wonderful lighting outside makes a huge difference! Wayne made sure I knew how to manage the system (incredibly easy) and has made himself available if I have any questions. I am using him again to do the backyard soon. This is a small investment that makes a big difference mentally and physically. I think it will add great value if I were to resell my home.

I emailed Wayne and he wrote me back very quickly. That weekend he came out and put up the lights in less than 2 hours. It was a very affordable price and he even came back a 2nd time at night to make sure it looked good.

I called Wayne late one night and he phoned me the next morning and we setup a time to meet for an estimate. I agreed to the pricing and we met the following Saturday and he began installation. During the installation, my neighbor across the street stopped by to admire the lighting and decided to have Wayne install lights at her house as well. The lights make the neighborhood instantly more appealing. I would recommend Wayne and Metroplex Landscape Lighting to anyone looking to add curb appeal to their home.

I was looking for a company that could install landscape lighting to shine on my house for under $500. I thought this was a daunting if not futile task. Well I found it! Metroplex Landscape Lighting came to provide me with an estimate, and I was so pleased that I could afford to have them do the look I wanted for only $345. Wayne was so nice, and suggested four floodlights strategically shining on my house. He quoted the job the same day, and installed the next day. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Wayne and will recommend his company to all of my neighbors and friends.

Exceptionally well! Wayne (the owner) was very responsive from the beginning. He called to make an appt and then showed up on time. Gave me a verbal quote and then promptly provided me with a written quote the next day. On the day of installation, he showed up on time and worked quickly and neatly. He even returned late that evening to ensure that the placement of the spotlights was correct and to confirm that I liked the job he had done. He provided me with the lighting warranty and made sure to tell me to call him if I had any questions or concerns. Would definitely hire Wayne again for future landscape lighting jobs i.e. backyard lighting and recommend him to friends, family and collegues.
