I had hired another company that took 3 visits and ultimately told me my issue was corrected. I found it wasnâ t. They suggested I go through some very expensive, invasive procedures to correct the problem. I would be responsible for those procedures. I asked Lonestar to come out to evaluate the situation. They had the problem corrected in less than 30 mins. I will call them first next time!!

Jason, the owner, was on time when he came to my home to clean my dryer duct. After my dryer duct was cleaned, from bottom to top, Jason and I went into the attic and looked at the air intake just to see if it needed cleaning anytime soon. He was very informative, explaining in detail how he cleans the air ducts. His pricing is very fair and reasonable. Great work!!

Rich and Jason are a great team. Rich stayed in contact with me as I was out of state trying to get my new home in Texas ready to move in. He was so patient as I tried to coordinate schedules with friends and family that were helping me. Even while the service was being performed Rich was texting me to keep me in the loop. We needed to get our dryer vent cleaned out. Didn’t know it was as clogged as it was! I’m thrilled with LoneStar Pro Flow. We stayed in contact through the storm and once it was clear, they came in and quickly cleared it, showed us where things needed fixing and they went above and beyond with a solid fix. I highly recommend them!!!

I bought a house, bought a new dryer, and then found that the (modern, smart) dryer reported the vent was 95% clogged. Lone Star Pro Flow came out and cleared lint out of the vent pipe, but that didn't resolve the issue. To their credit, they came back out, investigated further, and ended up pulling out a lint-covered shard of shingle, suggesting the vent hole was covered over. They couldn't get to the roof (I need to hassle my HOA about that problem), but they did the best they could on the issue. One star deducted for customer service because they were unable to keep the first followup appointment, with an uncertain delay (the reason given was automotive trouble), and I had to call for status instead of them calling me. But when I did call them, they answered the phone and got back to me.

Rich at Lone Star was awesome! He communicated with me along the way and I knew exactly what to expect when he arrived. My dryer is clean and runs more efficiently.
