Called and he showed within 45 minutes. Best price out there. Best service. You would be doing yourself a disfavor by going with anyone else.

We had to rekey our recently purchased home before we moved in. We had 2 original keys made and 13 locks rekeyed. The response time was great, and Mark was here the day after we received our keys (he was willing to come on the same day we called, but it took us a while to receive the keys, so we asked him to come the following morning). He arrived on time, and in about 1 1/2 had done his service. The only downside I see is the Service Call fee of $65. I am not sure if this is standard practice among locksmiths though, because this was the only company who replied our message (sent through Angies List). Overall, we were very happy with this company and would highly recommend it.

I called Mark and he was willing to come same day. It was pouring rain, so he indicated he would call when the rain slowed down and come out. He called as promised and was 20 minutes away. He arrived when he said he would and was able to get inside the building without incident. While he was here, I asked a question about another lock I was having trouble with and he offered to help. He fixed the issue and didn't charge any additional fee for the work. That was above and beyond my expectations. Mark was pleasant and professional. He even gave me a discount for mentioning Angie's list. I will most definitely call Mark next time I have need of a locksmith!

Everything went well. I've used them several times. The gentleman came in and greeted me. He was very professional. He finished in about 45 minutes.

Mark was very professional when I spoke with him on the phone to schedule the service. When he didn't show up, I called to find out where he was. (We had a small window to take care of this lock change for safety reasons.) He said he had "lost track of time". When he arrived he told us he had come the day before by mistake. (This error could have caused us major problems and finding out he had done this caused us major panic, until we realized that the "other party" was thankfully not there when he showed up.) He changed out 5 locks in about 20 minutes and I paid him the $122. After he left we realized that in our stress and haste we missed a lock. We called right away hoping he could get back before he got too far away, especially because we didn't want to stay in the house overnight with one of the locks still unchanged. After leaving multiple messages he finally called back the following day and said he would return the next evening. He didn't mention charging an additional service call fee, and seeing as how he wasn't even out of the neighborhood when we realized the error we didn't think he would charge us this fee. He came back out, replaced the final lock and was gone in 5 minutes, charging us the $60. Overall, we paid over $180.00 for 30 min. of work and the stress that we were caused by his tardiness, date confusion and multiple phone calls was not worth it. I believe I/we tried to be flexible with his tardiness and the invoice-on-a-scrap-of-paper, but felt the additional service charge was an insult to injury. I feel that he could have maybe been a little understanding of our crisis situation and even suggested we look for other locks while he was still on site.

They came the very day I called them. It was an emergency. The person from Lockright changed the locks and came again for installing the deadbolt. He kept me in the loop regarding the delays as he was in the middle of a major corporate assignment. He was very responsive because he came late in the evening to fix the deadbolt. The locks were fixed properly. He arrived when he said he would. I didn’t have to follow-up on him.

They were very professional. Their service call price is $65 and they provided a $10 Angie's List discount.

I telephoned Mark late in the morning on a Saturday to inquire about having my locks re-keyed. Mark gave me a quote over the phone. I indicated that this was not an emergency and intended to schedule an appointment during the week. Turns out Mark works on Saturday with no extra charges for weekend work. Mark arrived within and hour and a half and completed the work I requested within an hour. He also took the time to adjust a strike plate on one door that was difficult to open. Mark was polite, efficient and very pleasant.

He was very prompt and made me new keys for my home as I was moving in that day.

He arrived when scheduled, looked at what needed to be done, and left to get a new deadbolt. He returned quickly and did the work promptly and efficiently.

We were preparing to travel to an out-of-town funeral and we really didn't have time to fight with a stuck door. He arrived within an hour or so after we called. The door was stuck shut - it was easy enough to remove the doorknob, but he could only get to the latch mechanism from one side. It took him a few tries to get it loose, but he explained each thing he tried. He also explained that it's not 'unreasonable' for 11+ year-old latches to stick like this.

Company was late, did complete the job. But left a huge mess behind.
