John has done several jobs for us over the years at our house and also has helped out with work for my extended family. He is professional, he does great work and his prices are reasonable. Would definitely recommend him for any of your plumbing needs!

John realized our situation and worked us into his schedule immediately. Actually worked during lunch time. He arrived promptly and took the time and care to ensure the repair was properly done. Made sure to clean up the area where work was performed and provided some insight for steps to take to prevent pipe from freezing again.

Called John after seeing some recommendations on the local home owners site. Made an appointment for the next morning. John showed up on time and got everything taken care of quickly. He even noticed another small issue while under the kitchen sink and took care of it also. He replaced the 2 "push on" water shutoff valves and the supply lines under my sink and I have had no issues. I went ahead and had him give me a quote for some additional work in the house and it seemed very reasonable, I will definitely call him again for any plumbing issues.

John came the same day I called. Prompt. personable and friendly. Fixed within 30 minutes. Did great job and explained anything. He is our new plumber!

.We called John because we had a small leak from a toilet in one of our bathrooms. After looking at it, John determined that is was because the bolts in the water tank were rusted and leaking. We told him to go ahead and replace them. Then we asked if he would check our other toilets, which he was happy to do. We found that every one of them had the same problem, with the one on the second floor being in the worst shape. So - John replaced all the bolts in all the tanks in our home (4 of them). He worked all morning, was very neat, cleaned up after himself, and was very nice. We thought the cost was a little high, but the job was done well, and everything is leak free now

Overall it went well, John and his helper were punctual, professional, and efficient. When we discovered the existing raised platform under the existing water heater was weak and wet, he fashioned a solid new floor before he installed the water heater and code compliant upgrades. I would use them again. Over all, this took about 4 hours from my initial call to completed work.

Most recently, he installed a hot water heater.
