Description of Work: Celso Abdalla built the pool partially without getting approval from the city. He never go any inspections done form the city. He kept lying that he got permits approved and inspections done. He took money($5000) for the Concrete deck and the light, then stopped responding. I was able to contact one of his other client, He left their pool in the same condition . |They run business under several names (Global Services, Lambeth home builders, J&J pool.)
