They beat the next closest bid (out of six) by over 10%, coordinated seamlessly with other vendors?including a complex HVAC install?and kept the property clean and functional throughout the project. They even worked ahead of schedule, finishing 2?3 weeks early, managed weather delays, and handled all permits and inspections. They used top-quality materials and made sure the project was done right. Every time I visit during a storm and see the roof performing perfectly, I?m reminded why we chose Hercules.
