Squirrel one-way trip door was installed. Squirrel is gone. However, they were supposed to come back and repair the roof and remove the trap. Didn’t happen. And now they don’t answer their phone or texts. I hope they’re OK.

They came out gave us a quote for $1800 to have roof rats removed and within 1 hr I no longer heard them. They came back and sealed all access and it looks like they (roof rats)were never here!!

It took 6 weeks, a very long time. The gentleman who gave me the first estimate failed to check that they have access to the whole attic. He also recommended Galvanized mesh for the soffits and failed to tell me that bugs could get to the attic thru that mesh. We had to add to the estimate and add the bug mesh during the job. It turned out they could not get to the part of the attic where the major problem was. They still ignored that part in spite of me calling or texting them daily for more than a week that there still is a raccoon up there. They kept saying he will come out. They only acted on that part of the attic when the raccoon died and the smell permeated the house.

Good, took a little bit to get rid of the animal but the work they did was great.

I heard a rat in the crawl space above the kitchen and then saw a couple more rats outside the kitchen window. In a panic, I called around until I finally reached Guaranteed. The woman who answered the phone was sympathetic and very helpful. I explained that I needed to get to work and had very little time to deal with the problem and would appreciate someone coming right away. She phoned the owner (turned out to be her husband--as this is a family business), and he came over within the next hour. He thoroughly explained the process he used and the company's guarantee. He came across as knowledgeable and experienced, so I hired him and he got to work right away. The treatment entailed further visits/work at the house, and the technician showed up on time and was professional. I think they solved the problem, but I'm also comforted by their guarantee to return if they did not fully resolve the issue. Rats are so disgusting and I'm very grateful for this hard-working, small business that values its reputation and work product! I wish everyone else had the same sort of ethics; the world would be a better place.

January 11 was to remove all critters , seal all openings to out building and house roof with metal and paint to match house. May 16 Nate came back as they got in gym again, chicken wire laying on floor below window, also on house roof near vent. He kept saying the squirrels were coming in the gap in garage door, he then became angry, saying he wasn't being treated right. I was scared and went back in my house, he left. DO NOT USE.

The work was performed well and there have been no subsequent problems.

Did what they said. Very prompt and professional. Seemed expensive at first, but I think it was a good deal compared to others who were offering comparable services. 1 year warranty included.

They were a little expensive but they did a great job. They were here when they said they were going to be. They were always on time.

Bottom line -- what they did was not worth $1800.

The service went great. Two guys came out and it took a total of five to six days to complete the job. They came out to check and see where there was activity. They came back to place the traps. I would definitely recommend them; they did a great job.

From the minute I called Guaranteed Rodent Services to the time they completed the job, they were excellent. Everyone I was in contact with were awesome, and did a fantastic job. I've had no trouble with rodents, since. I referred them to my parents, and they also received excellent service. I really appreciate them, and highly recommend them to everyone.

Answered the phone promptly and sent technician out quickly. Tha technician was very nice and knowlegdable and came prepared to set a trap. Two companies I interviewd were cheaper but I really liked the technician so I accepted their contract. Some companies charged a trip fee everytime they came to remove a trapped animal. This company did not.so that was another factor in my decision. It took about 2 weeks to actually trap the animal but they came back several times to rebait and move trap to different locations.They promptly came to pick up the captured animal . Then the house needed to be sealed and they did that. The technician had to crawl all over the attic to seal all potential openings and somehow get up to the gables on the second floor attic.I have no idea how he got up thereon a ladder in an unfloored attic In addition, they applied fireproof foam insulation {not just plain foam insulation} to the catwalk bridge that connects the detached garage to the house.Over the insulation a wire critter proof screen was placed,as in all the other areas.Then they showed me all they had done to make sure I was satisfied and aware of the extent of the treatment.

They seemed very nice over the phone but they stood me up! I wasted an afternoon.

I didn't use Guaranteed Rodent Removal Services yet. They were fine. They were prompt and courteous. I'm still getting in estimates though. It was a nice estimate. He's very nice and courteous. He came on time. That's always important to me. They were knowledgeable and gave information about the process. They didn't mind answering my questions. I thought their price was high. So, I'm in the process of getting multiple bids.

James was very professional and informative. He showed me that there were roof rats in my attic. He explained in detail the removal process, and came back weekly for about 3 weeks. Since I don't know the going rate, I cannot give an informed opinion on the cost. There were 2 other workers who came and sealed off my attic, and did "clean up." They were not nearly as professional, did not show what they did, and did not clean up the garage (so I'm not sure what kind of clean up they did in the attic). The rodents have not returned, so I am pleased overall.

Overall, it was frustrating and seems to be ongoing.

It took 2 visits for him to find the rat, but he did eventually find it and remove it.

These guys were really nice and they seemed to know what they were doing. They were having a lot of problems with getting everything out. We kept seeing them over a course of several months and they kept coming out. Every time I called them, they would come out and do some more stuff. They stood behind what they did and they finally got rid of it. It was not real quick, but I guess the problem was pretty big. I think their price was a little high.

It was a learning process since it was a Mother and 4 babies. This was not what was expected with it being so late in the breeding season. The responsiveness of the Guaranteed Rodent Team was exceptional including removal of two babies that wound up in our house on a Sunday. We will continue to use Guaranteed Rodent Removal for any other critter infestations, although they gave us a warranty for any other problems. Thanks to Chuck and Jeff for their commitment.
