+ 0 moreWe had a great experience working with Gotcha Covered! Laurie came out twice to discuss options and review fabric choices for our curtains and rolling shades. Price was very reasonable and better than 3 other vendors we got bids from. Laurie kept us in the loop throughout the entire process and checked in often even while we were just waiting for materials. We were able to get the interior window coverings done ahead of schedule. We also ordered rolling shades for our covered patio but due to additional work in our backyard we had to delay installation. Gotcha Covered was super flexible with that and did not pressure us to complete the job until we were ready. The office staff was always responsive, friendly, and helpful. The installers were on time, very courteous, neat, and professional. They explained how everything worked and made sure we were comfortable with how things turned out before leaving. I would highly recommend Gotcha Covered and have already referred two of my real estate clients to them.
