I sent them a request for a quote on Sunday and got a call back that day within just a couple of hours. They set everything up and came out the next day to begin a bi-weekly service plan. Couldn't be happier. Each visit since then has gone well. Highly recommend.

The first few visits we okay, then all of the sudden they stopped mowing a strip in the backyard. Also noticed uneven spots in the grass where the mower missed or is cutting uneven. And finally to top off why I cancelled the service. They were suppose to come 2 weeks ago. My balding cypress had just started shedding and if they had made it to the scheduled appt it wouldn’t have been a problem. Well they missed that appt(they claim they sent an email-which they did NOT) and today’s appt are now refusing to mow unless I pay a dollar a minute to clean up the leaves because there low end lawn mowers cannot simply mow over the leaves like the previous lawn company did just last year! They aren’t even normal leaves(its a cypress with small needle like leaves) Also the price is high(I have a tiny yard with a pool) they also charge tax, which is unusual for a lawn mower..

I have weekly yard service and couldn't be happier. They are timely, professional and fast. I have dogs and they are excellent at on time and same day every week and always secure my gates.

If you need yard service and have dogs highly recommend. They come at the same time every week same day and never have a problem with the gates getting closed. They are very fast professional and do excellent work.

I have been using Executive Lawn care for a few months for weekly mowing and they are great. They gave me a reasonable price and explained their policies and process. I have had no issues - just great, consistent service.

I engaged the services of Executive Lawn care to remove weeds from my flower bed as well as shrub trimming. I have very small shrubs in the front yard. I was quoted 2 hours of work for the same with 2-3 people and $100/hr. On the day of the service, their team came and did an average job. When I came back home saw the work, i was utterly dismayed. The front yard did not look in a great shape as was promised when they made the quote for $200+ for their services. Additionally, they did not trim the shrubs at all. When I called them and let them know, they sent someone to trim the shrubs and without any authorization made a charge of additional $90 on my credit card. I would never recommend this company to anyone

Executive Lawn Care was responsive and discussed various options for the service. They gave me a fair price. I have used them for a couple of months and they are great - on time, quality work, very neat. I would recommend them.

The service was easy to set up and get started. My initial conversation was confirmed via email and the service started as promised. I have been using them for over a month and no issues - they are consistent and do a great job. Billing is easy as well.

It was a referral from a friend. He was very honest with what he could and couldn't do. The lawn care service i had told me that they couldn't come at home because i had to go to office. He has been really good.

I like the fact that they use a real edger rather than a string edger. I talked to them on the website and they made things happy. We see them on Tuesdays on time.

I received a quick response from Ron regarding my request. He provided quick responses (within one business day), and answered all of my questions. The crew showed up on time and did a great job. I recommend them for lawn service. I would gladly use them on a regular basis if I was not about to move out of their service area.

Executive Lawn care provided a crew to come out and mow our lawn on a bi-weekly basis and to apply the appropriate fertilizer periodically. They were always prompt and professional. We have quite a bit of landscaping in the back, but they were always carfeful not to bang into anything. We look forward to using them again in 2013.

Our previous lawncare company was bought out by Executive. Pros: They showed up every week and cut the grass. They fertilized on schedule. Cons: They promised us if they broke any sprinkler heads, the mowers would fix it on the spot as they carried replacement heads in the truck. Needless to say, they broke sprinkler heads every time they mowed. Sometimes they would fix them by replacing 15' heads with 8' heads. Other times, they didn't do anything. My husband had to check the sprinklers every time they left. When he finally had enough and complained, the boss came out and fixed some heads and charged us for them. Then he told us he would send over someone (from another company) to give us an estimate on upgrading the older heads in our lawn. That guy came over and wanted to replace every head in our sprinkler system. I wasn't very receptive at this, but said I would like an estimate. He did not give us one until I complained to the owner of Executive and then I received an estimate in excess of $4,000. Conclusion: I don't recommend them. Use them at the risk of your sprinkler system.

Everything went smoothly ... got a quote over the phone, they showed up when they said they would and the lawn looked great when they left. I've been having them over biweekly ever since, and you hardly notice they're here until you see that the lawn's been cut.

We hired them right after we moved into our house but I’m not using them anymore. I don’t really have any complaints because they were very professional. Their price was a little high so I wanted to see if I could find a lower price. He sent me my bills via email and he isn’t out to gouge you.

They do a good job mowing the lawn and come when they say they will, but we have had issues with them damaging our flowers. Some of the individuals are somewhat careless as they are in a hurry. They have also run over the water spickets for our sprinkler system which they did replace without question. We will continue to use them for now.

They did great. I believe Don was the sales person, and he was very professional. He knew exactly how to handle my call. They were an all-in-one lawn service, they did everything I needed.
