They are wonderful. They are on time, professional, and friendly. We are very please with them.

I was able to schedule an appointment for 48 hours after speaking with Brian, which was important because I was concerned about air bubbles damaging my equipment. The tech was prompt, quickly diagnosed my filter problem and quoted me a cost to replace the grids, then replaced them. He also gave me direction on trouble-shooting the air bubbles, and I was able to easily resolve the problem myself. Very good service, reasonable pricing, and now my pool and equipment are in great shape.

Very good service. Brian was able to send out an engineer and diagnose the situation at hand. We discussed numerous options over the phone as far as replacement of the pump versus applying a band aid type fix and once determined that the pump was to be replaced we talked through the various options for the pump including prices. Service was scheduled as soon as it could be done and the service was great. No mess or anything was left behind and the install appears to be correct as the pool pump is working. In regards to the regular weekly service, pool has looked spectacular after each cleaning!

Brian and all the guys giving an outstanding service, they would explain every piece of the work and will follow up if needed They are very knowledgeable and also try to direct the customer to save unnecessary expenses if they can. The work was done in a very clean manner, all my questions were answered in full and it wasn't that pricey as I thought after all. Started a weekly service with the company as well to maintain the pool. You don't find this kind of service those days...

This was a good experience all around. Price was good. Easy to schedule. Tech arrived on time. Tech was professional, did the filter cleaning promptly and didn't try to 'up sell'. I was so impressed with the company that I hired them to do recurring service.

I am a little surprised I am having to write this. Executive Blue took my pool on in the Spring of 2015. My pool has less than 1 year old plaster, and was in great condition when they started. The initial tech was training a new guy who was just ultimately not qualified to do the work. I developed an algae issue during that time. That tech left and they replaced him with a new one. The algae issue got worse and I contacted the owner Brian Belflower about it. He sent his guys out and about a month later it was still not under control. I called Brian again and was a bit more forceful regarding the issue. He sent his guys out and again through the month of July and part of August I was still not happy with the results. I talked with Brian yet once more and I missed work in order to meet his guys at my house and to show them all of the algae spots they were not addressing. With a heavy dose of chemicals and some work they got it under control. Today on 8/25/2015 I got a call from Brian informing me that he no longer wanted the liability of my pool. I was really a bit irritated that he had the audacity to tell me he wasn't sure he could keep my pool up to my standards. I asked him what part of my standards were too high for him. To me it seems expected that a pool service would not allow the presence of algae growth to stay in a pool. I give the guy credit, when trouble arrived he finally got it dealt with. I just feel he was a bit shortsighted with regards to who started the trouble.

This is one of the worse experiences I have ever had. As a new customer I was NOT impressed when they called to tell me that they were short handed and that my house was skipped that week. Skipping a new customer? That's not smart to get off on the wrong foot and unfortunately we stayed there. My tenants complained of algae growing in the pool almost immediately after this company took over and it NEVER WENT AWAY. The company blamed my tenants for the problem saying that they didn't keep the water levels up to where they needed to be and then on the last month of service that they were supposed to take care of my pool simply REFUSED SERVICE even though I pre-paid for them to do this work! Now I've got to take the time to call Angies list for a refund and find hopefully a COMPETENT pool company that isn't all talk and talk and talk... the manager will talk your ear off if you let him about how great they are and that the problem isn't with them it's the weather or it's your tenant or you just have a difficult pool trust me I heard every excuse in the book. I do NOT recommend them at all.

Brian, the owner, responded to my request for service promptly. ( I purchased a filter cleaning deal on Angie's List ) We had just had the pool replastered and were supposed to vacuum with a brush vacuum after the first week. It was also time for the filter tank to be cleaned. Brian went into complete detail about what he and his crew would do for my needs. The service was performed within a few days by a knowledgeable and polite serviceman. I have hired Executive Blue Pools to care for my pool on a weekly basis.

The pool repair from Executive Blue Pools was the one this year not last year, we liked the one from this year, we liked that company. We had a good experience. We have no complaints. We liked that they were dependable and we thought that they were honest. They did a good job. The big deal was 99 dollars but then I think we ended up paying a lot more because of needing all that new grids. They came out when they said they would and it was a very busy time because we had a lot of storm and I think that they had a backlog but they made it out at the time that we set the appointment for. The price for the filter cleaning was really good because that is a lot less than average but I think they are a newer company and they are trying to get their customer base established. I think the price was really low but I think that is how they are trying to get more customers. The quality was good. Everything was an 'A'.

All work was performed very professionally and promptly, and Brian the owner was excellent at explaining everything. The quote we received was extremely reasonable and the service sounded superb, with a make it right guarantee and no contract. I liked the fact there was no contract term, with Brian's rational being absolutely on point, that if they are doing the service right then there is no need to have a contract because customers won't be going anywhere else anyway! I also liked that they email you photos and updates on the pool service after they have visited.

Brian and Joe were great to work with. They stopped by the same day to review the issue and provide me with a quote. We scheduled the repair for just a few days later. They arrived on time, resolved the issue the first time, and were very professional and courteous during the entire engagement. I highly recommend them for your pool service needs.

Brian and Kelsey are absolutely amazing. From the first contact with Brian (who, by the way, called me while on vacation! Talk about customer service!) to meeting his crew, it couldn't have gone smoother and been more pleasant. These guys have to be some of the nicest people on the planet! Kelsey arrived on time, in the rain, and completed the pool filter clean. He also went above and beyond to label our equipment and show my husband how everything worked, where things could be turned on/off, answered all our questions, and was just beyond helpful. Since we had just moved into the house and never owned a pool his extra time spent explaining things to us was very much appreciated. We went ahead and signed up for their weekly pool care plan.

Brian, the owner, is very professional and courteous. He spoke with me shortly after purchasing the Angies List deal and set up an appointment to have his employees come out. Brian was very accommodating as I asked for his employees to be here when I was for the first appointment. Later, when I requested a certain date for weekly service, Brian told me while he couldn't do that at this time he would definitely work on it. Sure enough I received a text the next day stating that he could now accommodate my request. The employees that came out to service the pool are also very knowledgeable about pools in general and were able to answer any questions I had as well. Overall, I am very satisfied so far with all of the services and personal contacts I have had with this company. I have dealt with several pool companies over the last year trying to find one that actually; 1) provides a great service, 2) is professional, and 3) doesn't try to rip off its customer base. I think we've finally found the pool company for us.

A little inexperienced pool cleaner; however, the company (owner) seems knowledgeable and well-versed in the cleaning business. Got what I paid for and continued the services. Owner (Brian) is very responsive!!

Tech. Kelsey arrived on time. Dismantled pool filter (completely) after draining, cleaned and flushed each section. Then re-assembled and recharged DE powder. He was very knowledgeable and explained each step.

Went wonderful. Brian called back after hours on a Friday and as soon as he could fit me in, was out to do the work. Very responsive and communicative. His team is just as pleasant and professional, always showing concern for me, my time, and my money. I've recently moved a little ways outside of town, and have been looking for a great pool repair company that is OK with my location. Well, I've found them. I can't imagine anyone going wrong calling them. Very appreciative for these folks!

Being a first time pool owner I had no clue on what I was really getting into. I was sceptical on getting a pool company after reading a bunch of other companies reviews because I didnt koow how I could trust them that the job would actually get done. I saw Executives Blue's reviews and thought I would check out the website. Everything looked good so I contacted them via their website. I received a call from Brian, the owner, within 20 or so mins. or so and we had a great conversation and he made me feel like he valued my business before I was even a customer. A few days later Kelsey came out and spent a while with me going over my whole system and explained to me what he they would do on a weekly basis. They've been out a few times now and everything has been fantastic so far. They even send you pictures and an email of what they serviced and any comments they may have. If you're looking for a pool company you can trust and that makes you feel like they appreciate your business then this should be your company.

I called a number of pool maintenance companies, but the folks at Executive Blue made me feel welcomed and a valued customer. They did a good job, prompt and responsive. I intend to keep them for my pool maintenance.
