Everlast Pool & Spa

We started using Aaron in summer 2010 when we moved to Prosper, after receiving his direct mail advertisement. I was impressed with his background and technical expertise, which he has from working as a regional manager for a major pool building company. I like the personal attention that Aaron provides. He comes to the house each time, he does not use junior staff do the work. Since I don't know much about pools, it is reassuring to have him here weekly inspecting the equipment, cleaning and adjusting chemicals, etc. This approach results in him spotting any potential problem areas early-on, well before they become critical and more expensive to fix. If it's a simple repair, he will do it as part of the monthly pool servicing cost with no incremental charge. When repairs are needed from time to time, he always provides up-front estimates and explanations, and sticks to what he quotes. He has good technology, I get an automatic email update within minutes after he services the pool, giving me an update on the stats/readings and any issues. He is easy to contact by email or phone, and is very responsive. We are very pleased with his service, and have recommended him to neighbors who likewise have engaged his services and have had favorable experiences.
