DFW Tree Trimming

They did a good job, a better job than I expected upon their arrival. Their shredder was broken down and the tree monkey was sick and they looked pretty rag tag. When they went to work they did a great job. The tree monkey did a good days work. They had their shredder repaired quickly. Their cleanup was as it should be. ( You have questioned me about this before ):I think they were more professional (knowledgeable & capable) than the Alaya Service that came 2017. The Alaya group acted like they were new to tree service.

Great experience. They were cautious and made sure the large branches didn't fall on our house. They did a good job.

The crew was efficient and did an excellent job. The tree looks great and they left the yard in better shape than they found it. After seeing the work they did on my tree, my next door neighbor had them trim his Crepe Myrtles. This is a first-rate company that I will definitely use again. They know what they're doing and they get it done fast.

The crew of three arrived on time, but ill-equipped with a flat bed truck, a folding 10 or12 foot ladder, hand tools and a couple power saws. The one ladder they had was far too short to safely climb into the trees. I suggested they use a 32 foot extension ladder (which I had borrowed for another DIY job) for them to safely get up to where the bottom limbs of the three trees were located. Once in the trees the crew chief did a very good job of tree trimming and his crew cleaned up very well during and after the job. Also, the office person I spoke with prior to the work said they had insurance and I requested a certificate of insurance, but never received a copy. I would have given the company a better grade if the crew had been better equipped with ladders and I had received an insurance certificate. I would use this company again if I was assured that the crew came properly equipped and I received an insurance certificate in advance.

This is the second time I used them. I lost a tree and had some limbs damaged in a storm. I called and they responded quickly and provided a verbal quote. They followed up with an emailed quote that outlined the scope of work. The price was fair. They came when they said they would and did the work I requested. They cleaned up the yard and removed EVERYTHING. Their employees were very professional and friendly.

They gave me an excellent quote for the work. The crew that did the work was professional and worked with pride. The results were more than acceptable. I would recommend this company to others.
