The project went just as planned. Excellent quality of workmanship. Done expeditiously. Very competitive price. Extremely pleased.

The sales person, Larry, sold it and we never saw him again. He handed it off to his step son who told us it would be one way and then it was not. When I called and asked Larry about it, he said that "you don't get anything for free". He was rude. Quite frankly, we paid a lot of money and did not get what we wanted.

The sales person came out and sold it an we never saw him again. The guy that was overseeing the project had told us what we wanted to hear (when I asked him the specifics) and then when they started doing the work it was not in the spot that he said it would be. So, the lack of knowledge from what was originally discussed, drawn and promised was a big failure.

Dallas Outdoor Kitchens did an excellent job on the project. They exceeded by expectation on price and quality. The outdoor kitchen took about a week to complete and the stone matched up perfectly with my pool. The workers who built the outdoor kitchen paid close attention to detail and took time to make sure every piece of stone was free from cracks or imperfections. I was really impressed how after every night before they left they cleaned up the property and left it cleaner than how they found it (I was getting a pool built at the same time). I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

They do everything, they've been great to work with so far. All of their workers have been top notch. From the sales person to the individual people that come out to the project managers, they've all been great. They've handled all of our permits. We had some other vendors we talked to and one had a price of $14,000 and we thought that seemed unusually low for all of the work so we were thinking we'd get what we paid for with them. Another vendor was $65,000. We liked this company a little bit more and think the price is average and in line. They are very very responsive.
