Cover My Windows

Description of Work: Cover my windows did a great job supplying and installing my plantation shutters. I found them in an online search and was a little apprehensive because I hadn't heard of the company before. I'd bought plantation shutters from a national company about 10 years ago and I got a quote from them although I dealt with a different person the quote was competitive but not as competitive as Cover my Windows . I called and spoke with Shannon who then came and measured up ,gave me a quote ,then came and installed temporary ( paper) shutters. The other companies that quoted me didn't offer that service . Shannon was very helpful ,she made suggestions but wasn't at all pushy. I visited the showroom the lady that helped me was equally as helpful and again made some positive suggestions but wasn't at all pushy. I ordered my windows paid the deposit and waited for them to be delivered. They arrived within a week of the anticipated delivery date. The crew who came to install the shutters where courteous and acted in a professional manner . There was a slight error with one of the shutters ( perfect shutter but wrong configuration ) I called Shannon who told me they could come back later that week with the correct shutter but then the installer offered to do a field modification there and then , I agreed to the field mod . The installer did a wonderful job and I am delighted with the result. I couldn't be happier and would have no hesitation in recommending Cover My Windows . I got several quotes from other companies but I am very pleased that I decided to buy from Shannon. She did everything she said she would ,my plantation shutters were installed in about two hours , exactly as they told me. If you are considering plantation shutters or window treatments I would suggest you call Cover my windows.

Description of Work: I spoke with Shannon over the telephone. She indicated she would come to my home or meet me at their showroom. I went to the showroom and I am so glad I did. There was so much to see and you could really see the quality in the product. Other people came to my home and bought a little sample, which I could not really tell much about. Also, they did seem that informative about the product. Shannon offered customer paint for the shutters, which two other vendors did not. I knew immediately I wanted to purchase from them. When installation time came two of shutters were not a perfect fit and they were redone so that would be perfect. I placed a deposit of 1/2 down and they did not ask for the other 1/2 until they had corrected the fit and installed the shutters perfect. I would definitely use them again. Debbie
