While he was here we had him fix our master bath toilet and give us a quote on tankless water heaters. It was a great experience and I highly recommend them.

+ 0 moreHighly recommended. My favorite plumber (Dennis) moved here from another company and the experience has been great so far. He still has the best prices on work and he's great to work with, plus his apprentice Ashton is very friendly and professional as well. I've had Dennis for a new gas hot water heater, toilet shutoff valve and refill spigot, and exterior hose bibb, and now with Cathedral he's been back for a sewer line unclog and partial replacement and a shower valve replacement. Every job has been at a great price and the work quality has been top-notch. He says the Cathedral team so far has been wonderful to work with, and I can tell. Highly recommended!

+ -1 moreThey scheduled the time. They came when they said. They checked everything and ran a camera in the wall to make sure there weren't any other leaks. They did alright. Two workers came and left the area clean. They identified the problem. They double checked the inside of the brick wall with a camera to make sure there were no leaks or splits or something that wasn't obvious from the outside that you couldn't see. They installed the new part; turned the water on and then made sure there were no leaks.
Description of Work: The house is three years old and they are the ones who put the original plumbing in. They replaced an outside hose bibb.

+ 0 moreThe entire experience was outstanding! From the time Ben arrived to the time he left, he was very professional and explained everything. He already had the new heating element and tools ready when he rang our doorbell! He was courteous and explained that he had been in the trade for 30 years. As a master plumber he doesn't normally make house calls anymore, but he took the initiative to help his junior associates and share the work load. Being a former Marine, Ben also helped to establish special trust and confidence in his organization.
Description of Work: My wife and I purchased our new home 2 years ago. The circuit breaker in our water heater first tripped 3 weeks ago. I had reset the breaker once a day for the first 3 days (twice on the fourth day) before I notified the builder and asked them to see if the situation could be resolved. I contacted them on a Friday afternoon and was greeted on Monday afternoon by Ben from Cathedral Plumbing. He quickly diagnosed the issue with the water heater as a failed heating element that was overheating and therefore tripping the breaker. With a new element already in hand, he replaced the failed heating element and taught me about the safety features of the water heater, how they work, and how to conduct proper preventive maintenance. The cost of the parts and labor was covered under warrantee.
