We had a great experience with Mike from BlueFrog. He was kind and helpful. He actually had to help me with an emergency situation with a water leak in the kitchen on the day when he was going to install bathroom plumbing. He helped me through that situation and then returned later in the week to do the bathroom job. We will reach out to BlueFrog for our future plumbing needs.

Used Bluefrog to replace a broken bathroom sink. The handyman was very friendly/professional, he helped me find a replacement, and he installed it very quickly. Unfortunately, the glue used in the installation wasn't strong enough and the sink fell off later in the evening. Bluefrog offered to send someone out that evening to fix (this was after 10pm) but I was able to prop the sink up and told them to just come in the morning. They arrived at 8am, pulled the old sink down and replaced with stronger glue. Mistakes happen, what matters is how a company addresses them. Bluefrog passes that test with flying colors - I'll absolutely be using them again.

The estimate included all the possible work, including a guess at what might be discovered once the work began. Zach Hendry did a great job on a pull and replace for the toilet. He was also able to get the bathtub drains flowing freely again.
