Paid Bluefrog Plumbing over $800 to locate a water leak. Although they never found the leak, they cut a large hole in my bathroom wall that I now have to pay someone to repair. It appears their business model is to get the plumber out to the job, do some minor work, regardless of if it solves the problem or not and bill you for the work you didn't need in the first place. Also, I had to pay upfront before they did anything. The next work day I hired a professional Master plumber and he found the leak within 30 minutes. Because the leak was under the pavement, it turned into a $16,000+ job where we replaced all the underground water lines from the meter to the building. Bluefrog missed a large job because of their inability to find a simple water leak, but had no problem billing us for doing literally nothing to help us. On the positive side, the actual plumber was very friendly and polite.

Martin from Bluefrog was the best! This company was completely dependable and did a fantastic job! He installed a gas pipe and hooked up our gas stove/range. The price was very reasonable and Martin checked all other gas valves to be permit approved. Blue frog is now on our list for a permanent go-to for plumbing.

I was able to get a quick next day appointment with Blue Frog. They arrived on time and cleared my bathroom drain. My bathroom was left clean and repaired.

Scratched hardwood flooring and damaged hardwood stairs from moving the water heater upstairs. They said they were going to repair it but never heard back from them. Would not recommend.

Plumber was on-time, assessed the job accurately, and gave an estimate. After I approved the work with estimate, he immediately got to fixing the problem. He showed me the problem part, after it was removed and then explained next steps and reasoning. Once job was completed, we tested it and made sure it was working properly. The price I paid was the same that was estimated and that I agreed to before work began.
