My experience was beyond incredible. It started when the owner, Alan, left me the most professional and nicest message. I then called at 8pm and scheduled with the night scheduler, who was also amazing! Then Cuyler came and did the work. He was professional, efficient, and absolutely wonderful, I'm so grateful to have found them!

BlueFrog was quick to set up an appointment and come out to fix my shower, which was crucial with the water shut off for the entire house. They had excellent communication and it was nice to get an email with a pic of the technician, Paul, so I knew who he was when he came to the door. He was very informative about the problem, explained my options, and efficiently fixed the issue. I m keeping this company in mind if there s ever another plumbing problem!

Paul Halleck did a great job of replacing my hot water heater upstairs in a closet. The installation looked much better than the one he replaced. The fast response from blueFrog plumbing was appreciated and great to have hot water again.

The office kept me well informed of when they could come out, had to reschedule the first appt because I had a conflict. They quickly rescheduled and got the work done the next day. They knew I had to leave by 10 am so they scheduled me for 8-10, called me at 7:30 and the technician was here by 8. Did the work on time and well, told me about what else they do, but didn't try to hard sell me for upgrades or other work. Strongly recommend them and Corey McCutchen for their work. I am a Keller Williams Agent, and I will be recommending them to my clients. They do total house inspections for only $77!

Corey showed up right away he was very polit and professional. He got right to work figured out the issue quickly and offered several options. I would 100% recommend him.

I sent a request for a quote on Sunday night. I received a call from Blue Frog within 5 minutes. It wasn't an emergency so we agreed they would be at the house the next morning. They were there on time, gave me a great quote and the service was complete by the end of the day. I cannot say enough good things about the whole process and Mark did a fantastic job. Very happy to have a plumbing company that I can call when I have any plumbing issues.

I requested the service on Sunday evening via HomeAdvisor and they contacted me the next day with an opening. Even with the window of time for scheduling (2 hours) they called to tell me Mark was on the way. He was pleasant young man and took time to explain the various options for the job. He didn't just replace the broken part but several others which were worn out. I was ok with that as I knew the parts were original and nigh 16 years old. Better to do it all at once since he was here. The investment in his time and expertise was worth it. Bluefrog also followed later in the day to make sure all was well and functional with the toilet repair. I thought that was a nice touch. Should I have another plumbing related event, I shall contact them. And hopefully I'll remember to ask what the frog's name is. Thanks bluefrog plumbing for doing what you do and doing it well.

We have not had hot water heater for almost 4 years and Tara was so understanding about our situation and Mark gave us options and explained everything that needs to be done. I would recommend blue frog plumbing and drain.
