Description of Work: I had bad experience with trying to contact Angie's list for a refund. This company is located in Texas. I live in California. Merchant was very professional and told me an administrative error had been made on part of Angie's List.My order should never have been accepted by system because of location. I repeatedly contacted Angie's list by phone and email but no response to my situation. I have been requesting refund of $80 charged to my account. Thank you. Calli Sajnani

Description of Work: The carpenter was very prompt, courteous and professional. I would definitely use this company again!

Description of Work: The sent me an email explaining to me that they would not be able to provide services until September 16, 2015. I informed the hem that I needed to have the job done before that date. I ask them could you refer another company. They responded no, and for me to contact Angie's List for a refund. They never tried to work me my situation at all. Not a pleasant experience at all.

Description of Work: I just moved and needed a lot of little things done plus I had a heavy clock that needed to be put up. Everything was done smoothly and in order.

Description of Work: Handyman services throughout the house and yard. He did a great job. Was very fast and knew what he was doing. Very professional, punctual, polite. Used an Angies Deal for 6 hours of Handyman services.

Description of Work: nothing , did not show up the day he was uppose to and he took forever returning all of my phone calls then i gave him the benefit of the doubt and scheduled and appointment with him and he let me down once again , i will never work with this company again . they are not professional in anyway .

Description of Work: Sorry, I must leave an accurate review. Mike was very nice and listened to my concerns, however, 2 of the 3 things that he repaired (bathroom sink faucet + kitchen sink faucet) resulted in a flood under those sinks. After he was here to fix the sink in the bathroom that was dripping, in 4 hours there was a flood in the bathroom. He did come back around 6pm to fix it. About 4 days after he repaired the kitchen sink, again there was a flood as the tubing to the faucet was not put back on securely enough. He was out of town, so I had a friend come and fix that one. The guy is very nice and I hate to leave a poor review but I have to be honest.

Description of Work: Great responsiveness. He scheduled with me quickly and was on time and friendly. We had a small problem due to the structure of the sink and drain system and he came back ASAP and fixed it without charge and everything works well. I have recommended him to family and friends.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal but then I found that the company was booked up through the end of the year and I need the service done sooner. They replied to me the same day I purchased the deal.

Description of Work: I hired them to get & install a new garbage disposal. They were very prompt with all responses. It turns out all I need to do was push the reset button. They were very understanding of this. I will be more than happy to use and recommend them in the future!!
