Description of Work: Installed new attic stairs, removed old fixtures from walls in garage, installed new restroom exhaust fan, installed shelf on patio wall, caulked shower stall, repaired receptacle plate and bathroom sink stopper. Overall everything went well. The service provider's helper encountered a minor injury. The wall receptacle and bathroom sink repair lasted about a week. So l'll repair it myself.

Description of Work: I called Mike to assist with recaulking my Master bathroom shower. As I suspected, I was holding some moisture behind the marble tiles used to surface my shower walls. Before Mike could recaulk, he had to address this moisture problem. After the moisture was completely dried out (about a week), Mike and one of his employees regrouted my shower and then did the recaulking. I was satisfied with the work Mike performed and have referred Mike to my neighbors.
