-Showed up on time -Removed shelf in timely fashion -Had to go to hardware store to get new threshold and more rubber seal and special caulk. Handyman ran into unforeseen difficulties requiring new and/or more materials -Improved rain water seepage of 2 doors, but 1 still leaks. I think this is a construction problem that is going to need more extensive work. I do not fault the handyman on this.

I scheduled an appointment with Mike Thompson for a 4:30 appointment on Tuesday, to get an estimate for bath tile. Mike never showed or called to rescheduled the appointment. I took off work early to meet Mike at my house. Very disappointed in this contractor.

It turned into a complicated job because the home builder did their usual p***-poor job putting the shower in. However, Mike's subcontractor was phenomenal. The guy spoke great English, was very professional, and took care to protect my bathroom carpet and other surfaces. The sub (I didn't get his name, unfortunately) had to be the most perfectionistic subcontractor I've ever encountered. The guy literally worked for 7 hours rebuilding the shower enclosure, adding custom pieces of trim to ensure that everything seals properly. Mike came back out a day later and inspected the finished product. The outcome: it looks BEAUTIFUL, and the carpet is dry. No more leaks! I will absolutely hire these guys again to do any work I need on my bathroom!

Mike is awesome! He was on time and very professional. Not only did he assemble all of my new shop equipment, but he educated me on how to maintain my new drill press, and also how use it SAFELY! He has done great work for me in the past, and I have a list of things for him to help me with in the near future. I am reluctantly sharing this excellent review for the work Mike has done because I want to keep him exclusively for myself, but because he is such a nice guy and is always there when I need him, I cant be selfish, LOL !!! I highly recommend Mike with Bath Time Renovations !!

Bath Time Renovations came out to my home and provided two hours of handy man service, everything went great!

The shower door doesn't close properly only after a few months of usage. The shower is still under warranty. Contacted and he showed and inspected the door. I was told he needs to contact manufacturer for new hardware. Called and emailed numerous times. Never heard from Michael Thompson again.

Everything went superbly. Purchased the two-hour special, then we asked him to spend an additional 3 hours doing a number of additional projects. $170 of that $400 number was supplies. Mike showed up on time, made an accounting of all the parts he would need, purchased everything and came back and installed everything. And I mean 'EVERYTHING'. Again, we asked for a lot more when he arrived then what I had described when I first purchased the deal on Angie's List. Felt very comfortable with him doing all the work and highly recommend his services.

Response from Bath Time Rennovations was very prompt and no problems scheduling within a reasonable, fairly quick timeframe. Michael was on time for the scheduled day - and worked non-stop from the minute he walked in! He took care of a huge number of to-do items that had been on my list, including even more than I had planned on for the day. He had an exceptional work ethic - and was professional, friendly and easy to work with regarding a few minor changes and additions to the list of items I wanted completed. Great service, on time, and he did a great job with all that I had to have done! I would definitely hire him again, and it was a great deal at $80! High Quality workmanship!

Called and spoke with Michael Thompson who was able to squeeze me in the next day. Michael showed up exactly on time at noon (I'm guessing he did this during his lunch time) He was very professional and courteous in manner and dress. I forewarned him that my disposal has a bad smell and that I had tried everything to get rid of the smell. Later as he was finishing up I also mentioned to him that I did not use the dishwasher that I preferred to wash by hand. He asked me did I run it through a washing cycle periodically and I told him yes, about every couple of months. He told me that is where my smell was coming from due to water sitting in the pipes. After he left I ran it thru a wash cycle and viola the smell was gone - YOU ARE AWESOME! I have his business card on my fridge for the next time I need work done! Thank you, Bath Time Renovations! Best money I ever spent!

It was excellent. He did a perfect job and did not take a lot of time. He was prompt and everything was great. I was surprised it was not more expensive. They got the job done in about 4 hours and had to come back 2 weeks later to finish the painting. He was very polite, courteous, professional, and explained everything carefully and thoroughly.

The guys was really nice. It was great, but unfortunately I could not use this deal for another two weeks and that did not fit into my schedule.

While we struggled to get on the calendar due to his work schedule, when he showed up he was punctual and was extremely efficient. He did about 3 hours of work for us and I was very pleased with the speed and competency of each job. So much so that I asked for a quote on renovating our bathroom. You will be pleased if you hire him.

He did a great job! He was able to get the entire list done in the allotted time. He was very courteous, prompt and professional. I have used them in the past as well.

I spent a week trying to set up a time to get an estimate and just before we were able to lock down a time they stopped communicating with me. I have tried to contact them a couple of times and have not heard back from them. I'm highly disappointed in their professionalism when it comes to dealing with potential customers. Especially given the fact that they have such high scores on their work. I have no clue how they are in regards to remodeling. It's a shame too, because I wanted to remodel my entire master bathroom.

Provider was quick to schedule and on time for service. Extremely courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend!

It really pains me to write this review, it really does, but I need to share my experience. A few months ago we had plumbing work done in our master bath which left a big hole in the tile and sheet rock around the plumbing fixtures in our tub surround. Instead of just having the hole repaired with new sheet rock and similar 4x4 old school tiles, we've decided to update this small 3/4 bath in our very modest ranch style home, built in 1971. I've been an Angie's List member for a long time, so I did my due diligence and researched bath and remodel providers. After reading all of the very positive reviews of Michael Thompson and Bath Time Renovations, he was top of my list and the first phone call I made. I initially contacted Mike on July 1st. He returned my call in a very timely fashion, and we set up a meet and greet for 9am on Thursday, July 3rd. Mike showed up right on time for our appointment, and my wife and I showed him our bathroom, and our predicament with the gaping hole behind the hot and cold water fixtures (which we currently have taped over and covered with a section of old shower curtain in an attempt to keep too much water from getting behind the wall). Yes, a bit on the white trash side, but you do what you must when not sitting on heaps of gold bullion. We asked Mike for three estimates: #1) To simply remove and replace old tile and sheet rock and update the tub surround with more current tile and cement board. #2) To convert the tub to a walk-in shower and tile same. The 3rd estimate we asked for was a complete remodel of the bathroom, which would enclose the vanity area, thereby creating a full, private bath, as opposed to the current layout, which is very dated. Mike seemed amenable to our request for the three estimates, and he certainly seemed interested in the job. He took several pictures and we chatted for quite a while regarding where my wife and I in regards to getting much needed updates done on our house, which we have put off for several years due to the real estate market going into the toilet. Since our appointment was made on the 3rd, Mike let us know that he'd follow up with us after the holiday weekend, probably by Wednesday, 7/9. He also let us know that he was really booked, and it would probably be at least two weeks before he could start the job after getting us our bid. We were fine with that. July 9th rolled around and I hadn't yet heard from Mike, so I sent him an e-mail, just so that he would have my correct e-mail information because I know how errors can happen when people write down e-mail addresses and such. I did not get a response. On Friday July 11th at 7:30 in the evening, I sent him a text and included my name, and asked how the estimate was coming along. I made sure to thank him. Neither my email or text were aggressive or condescending, just a general inquiry as to the status of his estimate, and both times I was polite and thanked him. No response to my text. Finally, on Saturday afternoon, 7/ 12, at 1:30, I called and left a message. Again, inquiring as to his estimate, and I let him know we were looking forward to working with him, and that we hoped our job wasn't too small for him to take on, and to let us know one way or another about the job. It's now Monday, 7/14 and no response from Mr. Thompson. We really liked Michael and got a very good vibe from him, which is important to us. We're gay, and sometimes you just don't want to receive a condescending attitude within the confines of your own home. And it's happened in the past, but that's neither here nor there. But the drag of the thing is, were were so on board with hiring Michael, that I had stopped getting other bids. It's my hope that nothing awful has happened to Michael, or to anyone in his family, because he doesn't strike me as the type of guy who would just blow off a potential customer and not follow up at all. We have so much work to be done on this house, this job could have potentially led to other things we need to have done, like a kitchen remodel. Again, as stated when I started this lengthy review, I'm really bummed that I had to give him a crappy review, especially when he got so many wonderful reviews.

Mike arrived on time. Handled the installation like the pro he is. Really like the work he did and will use him again in the future. He is very heavily booked and it will take 10-15 business days for him to get you on the calendar.

Great service and a great deal! Purchased the 2hour handyman deal plus an extra hour. Got all my projects done in the amount of time I expected. No upsells. No lolly gagging. He was fast, pleasant and I would work with him again.
