Backyard Oasis by Fun Time LLC.

Description of Work: We contracted with Backyard Oasis to build an outdoor Arbor, with fireplace and pavestone pad, a fire pit also with a pavestone round,pad and a retaining wall. It did not go well ! They were about 4 weeks late starting the project to begin with and then a project that was supposed |To take 4 to 6 weeks, went on for almost 5 months, before we fired them. Both the salesman we dealt with in the beginning, and the foreman disappeared and we were not informed until we talked to the owner of the company, to let him know our concerns about the project Taking so long. The reason why we waited so long to fire them was we wanted to try and recoup some of our investment. We had given them around 50% of the total amount of money and had less than 30% of the project completed. For the most part the work that was completed was satisfactory, however we could not continue to wait, our project was started the first of May 2014 we fired Backyard in mid September 2014. We estimated that we lost $7000.00, and 3 months of time dealing with this company.

Description of Work: Built and installed an outdoor kitchen
